2.1.1 挂墙安装 Wall-Mounted

1. 分别用两颗螺丝将两个挂墙安装件固
定在 PB1000 侧面。
1. Fasten a wall-mounting angle bracket
on each side of the PB1000 with two
screws.

2. 使用 4 颗膨胀螺丝将 PB1000 竖直固定

在墙壁上，注意线缆接口面（箭头所指
方向）朝向左。
2. Fasten the PB1000 vertically on the
wall with four expansion bolts. Note
that the front of the PB1000 (with
cable ports) should face left.
2.1.2 其它机柜、机架安装 Installing the PB1000 in a Cabinet or Gantry
安装方式和 BBU 相同，包括：简易安装架挂墙安装、HUB 柜挂墙安装、19 英寸龙门架安装及其它 19 英寸机柜安装。
If the PB1000 is installed in a cabinet or gantry, such as a simple gantry, HUB cabinet, 19” gantry, or 19” cabinet, the
installation method is the same as that of a BBU.

注：当 PB1000 安装于 19 英寸机架、机柜时，要先将两侧的

挂墙安装件拆除，再使用随机配置的 4 颗 M3x4 沉头螺丝固定
在空置的螺丝孔，然后将 PB1000 安装于机架、机柜。

Note: When the PB1000 is installed in a 19" gantry or

cabinet, first remove the wall-mounting angle
brackets from the two sides of the PB1000, then fill
the idle screw holes with the four M3X4
counter-sunk screws that are provided along with
the PB1000, and finally, install the PB1000 into the
gantry or cabinet.

2.2 R8108 安装 R8108 Installation

2.2.1 安装件组成 Installation Parts

1. 安装板。配胶塞螺丝、沉头螺钉和
蝶形螺母。

2.2.2 R8108 与安装板的连接 Installing/Removing the Installation Plate

1. 将 R8108 背面的卡槽对准安装板上的金属突起，平行推入至卡槽底部，即可完成 R8108 与安装板的连接。

2. R8108 水平安装时，在挂上两点挂板后，必须保证整机水平状态，避免整机从沿卡扣脱出方向滑出两点挂板。可以使整机沿
卡入方向稍微倾斜。
3. 拆除 R8108 时反向用力拔出即可将 R8108 拆除。

1. To install a R8108 onto the installation plate, fit the metal protrudes on the installation plate into the troughs on the
back of the R8108, and push the installation plate along the troughs until to the ends.
2. When the R8108 is installed horizontally, after it is installed onto the installation plate, it must be horizontal or slightly
incline to the metal protrudes to prevent the R8108 from sliding away from the metal protrudes.
3. To remove a R8108 from the installation plate, draw the installation plate out along the troughs.
2.2.3 普通天花板安装 Installing R8108 onto Common Ceiling

注：
（1）天花板必须能长期承受8KG的重量。
（2）严禁挂在矿棉板上。容易受潮位置的石膏天花板也严禁安装。
(3)打孔模板适用于 R8108 和 R8119 两个产品，打孔时须按照模板上的丝印选择对
应的孔位
1. R8108 安装于普通天花板时，先利用打孔模板在天花板合适位置开三个孔。
其中两个小圆孔用于穿螺丝；大圆孔用于穿网线。 R8119 R8108

Note:
(1) The ceiling must bear a weight of 8 KG for a long period.
(2) It is forbidden to hang the R8108 or R8119 onto a mineral wool board or a
plaster ceiling that is prone to damp. R8119 R8108
(3) The drilling template is applicable to R8108 and R8119. In drilling holes,
select the proper holes according to the silkscreen on the template.
1. Before installing the R8108 onto a common ceiling, drill three holes on
the ceiling with the drilling template (as shown in the right figure). Among
them, the two small round holes are used for screws, while the big hole is
for Ethernet cable.

（1） 安装板 Installation Plate （2） 天花板 Ceiling （3） 抱杆 L 型件 L-type support
2. 使用两颗沉头螺丝穿透天花板的两个圆孔和抱杆 L 型件将安装板固定在天花板上。
3. 将防滑垫圈和蝶形螺母套在沉头螺丝上拧紧。
4. 按照 2.2.2 节的方式将 R8108 固定在安装板上。
注：如果由于安装位置限制，无法使用沉头螺钉和蝶形螺母安装时，使用 4.2X32 的沉头自攻螺钉将安装板穿过天花板固
定在木条上。木条可现场制作或申请补发。

2. Put two counter-sunk screws through the installation plate, the two small holes on the ceiling, and the L-type support
to fasten the installation plate on the ceiling.
3. Put the washers and butterfly nuts onto the two counter-sunk screws and tighten the nuts.
4. Install the R8108 onto the installation plate as described in Section 2.2.2.
Note: If the counter-sunk screws and butterfly nuts cannot be used due to limited installation space, use 4.2X32
tapping screws to fasten the installation plate onto the ceiling and a wooden plate. The wooden plate can be
made at the site or applied for as a supplement.
2.2.4 垂直钢筋/水管安装 Installing R8108 onto Steel Bar/Pipe Vertically

1. 使用两颗长螺丝和一个抱杆安装
件将抱杆 L 型件固定在垂直的钢
筋/水管上。
2. 使用两颗沉头螺丝将安装板固定
在抱杆 L 型件上，再用防滑垫圈和
蝶形螺母套在螺丝上拧紧。

2. Fasten the installation plate onto
the L-type support with two
counter-sunk screws, then put
washers and butterfly nuts onto 1

2.2.5 水泥墙壁安装 Installing R8108 onto Cement Wall

注：用于挂墙安装的墙体必须为混凝土墙或实心砖
墙，严禁将设备固定在空心砖墙或泥土墙上。

1. 使用两颗膨胀螺丝将抱杆 L 型件固定在水泥墙 2
壁合适的位置。
2. 参照 2.2.2 节的方式将 R8108 固定在抱杆 L 型
件上。

Note: The wall for installing the R8108 must be 1

made of concrete or solid bricks. It is forbidden to
install the R8108 onto a hollow brick wall or a mud
wall.

1. Fasten the L-type support onto a proper

location of the cement wall with two expansion
bolts.
2. Fasten the installation plate onto the L-type
support with two counter-sunk screws, then
put washers and butterfly nuts onto the screws (1)膨胀螺丝 Expansion bolt （2）水泥墙壁 Cement Wall
and tighten the nuts.
3. Install the R8108 onto the installation plate as
described in Section 2.2.2.
2.2.6 木板墙安装 Installing R8108 onto Wood Wall
如果是木板隔墙，可打两个通孔。
1. 用长螺栓穿过弹垫、平垫、抱杆 L 型件、木
板墙、抱杆 U 型件拧紧，将抱杆 L 型件固定
在木板墙上。
2. 参照 2.2.2 节的方式将 R8108 固定在抱杆 L
型件上。

To install a R8108 onto a wood wall, follow the

steps below:
1. Fasten the L-type support onto the wood
wall by means of putting each of two long
bolts through a spring washer, a flat
washer, the L-type support, wood wall, and
the U-type support and tightening the two
bolts.
2. Fasten the installation plate onto the L-type
support with two counter-sunk screws, then
put washers and butterfly nuts onto the
screws and tighten the nuts.
3. Install the R8108 onto the L-type support
as described in Section 2.2.2.

2.2.7 水泥房顶安装 Installing R8108 onto Cement Ceiling

R8108 安装于水泥屋顶时：
1. 使用随机发货的两颗膨胀螺钉将安装板固定
在水泥顶上。

2. 参照 2.2.2 节的方式将 R8108 固定在安装板
上。
注：
此种安装场景制作网线时要去掉 8P8C 保护套。 2
To install a R8108 onto a cement ceiling, follow
the steps below:
1. Fasten the installation plate onto the
cement ceiling with two expansion bolts.
2. Install the R8108 onto the installation plate
as described in Section 2.2.2.

Note: In this installation scenario, the 8P8C

protective cover of the Ethernet cable must (1)膨胀螺丝 Expansion Bolt （2）水泥屋顶 Cement Ceiling
be removed.

3.2 地线的连接 Grounding Cable

1. 进行任何模块的线缆安装时，应先连接地线，最后连接电源线；拆除模块时应先拆除电源线，最后拆除地线。
2. 所有地线必须使用整段线料，严禁续接。多余线缆应剪去。
3. PB1000 安装于简易安装架时，用短地线连接左侧接地点和机架接地点，再用 16mm2 地线连接机架总接地点和室内
地排。
4. PB1000 安装于 19 英寸机架、HUB 柜时无需单独接地。
1. When connecting the cables, connect the grounding cable connected first, and the power cable last. When
disconnecting the cables, disconnect the power cable first, and the grounding cable last.
2. All the grounding cables must be a whole segment. It is forbidden to join two segments. The excessive part of a
grounding cable should be cut off.
3. If the PB1000 is installed in a simple bracket, use a short grounding cable to connect the grounding point on the
left of the PB1000 to a grounding point of the rack, and a 16 mm2 grounding cable to connect the grounding joint of
the rack to the indoor grounding busbar.
4. If the PB1000 is installed in a 19” gantry or HUB cabinet, grounding for the PB1000 is not necessary.

3.3 网线连接 Ethernet Cable

1.网线一端与 R8108 的网线接口连

接。
1. Connect one end of the Ethernet
cable to the Ethernet port on the
R8108.

2.网线另一端与 PB1000 的网口连接。

一个 PB1000 可以连接 8 个 R8108。
3.网线应使用白色走线槽固定在墙面
上或隐藏在天花板内。

Ethernet cable to the Ethernet
port of the PB1000. One
PB1000 can connect to eight
R8108s.
3. The Ethernet cable should be
laid along the white cable tray,
and fastened on the wall or
hidden in the ceiling.
4. 当网线长度超过 100m 时，须使用
POE 延长器，可支持总长 200m 的
网线。
4. If the Ethernet cable exceeds 100
m, a POE extender must be used.
The extender supports a total 200
m of Ethernet cables.
注：
（1） 使用螺丝或扎带通过两端的安
装孔将 POE 延长器固定在适当
的位置。
（2） POE 延长器的“IN 输入”端连
接 R8108，“OUT 输出”端连
接 PB1000
（3） 每个 R8108 网线链路只能使用
一个 POE 延长器。
Note:
(1) The POE extender should be
fastened onto a proper
location with screws or ties
through the installation holes
on both ends of the extender.
(2) The IN port of the extender is
connected to a R8108, while
the OUT port of the extender
is connected to the PB1000.
(3) Only one POE extender can
be used for each R8108.

5.R8108 固定于石膏天花板时，通过预
先开通的穿线孔将网线穿入天花板上方
布放。

plasterboard ceiling, the Ethernet
should be put through the cable
hole on the ceiling, which is drilled
in advance, and laid above the
ceiling.
3.4 光纤的连接 Optical Fiber
1. 使用光纤连接 PB1000 的“OPT1”接口
和 BBU 的对应接口。
2. 使用光纤连接上级 PB1000 的“OPT4”
接口和下级 PB1000 的“OPT1”接口。
3. PB1000 级联最多四级。
注： BBU 只配置 BPL/BPN 单板时，光纤
OPT1

1. Connect the OPT1 port of the PB1000

to the optical port of the BBU with an
optical fiber.
2. Connect the OPT4 port of the OPT1
upper-level PB1000 to the OPT1 port
of the lower-level PB1000.

3. At most four PB1000s can be
cascaded.

Note: If the BBU has only the BPL/BPN

board, connect the optical fiber
from the PB1000 to the BPL/BPN
board.

注：BBU 配置 FS 单板时，光纤连接至 FS

3.5 PB1000 电源线连接 Power Cable for PB1000

使 用 交 流 电 源 线 连 接 PB1000 的
“100V-240V~ INPUT”接口和交流供电 设
备。
Connect the 100V-240V~ INPUT port of
the PB1000 to an AC power supply device
with an AC power cable.
3.6 网线水晶头制作 Making a RJ45 Connector

1. 使 用 斜 口 钳 将 网 线 外 皮 剪 开 一 个 约
10mm 的开口，露出尼龙撕裂线
1. Cut an opening of 10 mm on the
jacket of the Ethernet cable with the
diagonal cutting pliers to make the
nylon thread exposed.

2. 捏紧网线外皮，将撕裂线绕在镊子上将
外皮撕开 20mm，用斜口钳将撕裂的外皮剪
断修齐
2. Hold the jacket of the Ethernet cable
tightly with one hand. With a pair of
tweezers on the other hand, pick up
the nylon thread, wrap the thread on
the tweezers, and use the thread to
extend the opening to a length of 20
mm. Then use the diagonal cutting
pliers to cut off the torn jacket
smoothly.

3. 将芯线按 TIA/EIA-568B 标准（白橙-橙-

白绿-蓝-白蓝-绿-白棕-棕）排好捋直，用斜
口钳将芯线平齐的裁剪到 14～15 mm，可
使用水晶头做长度参照
3. Arrange the core wires according to
the TIA/EIA-568B pin assignment
(i.e. white/orange, orange,
white/green, blue, white/blue, green,
white/brown, brown) and make these
wires straight. Then cut off 14 – 15
mm of the wires with the diagonal
cutting pliers. You can use a RJ-45
plug to determine the length of the
wires to be cut off.
4. 将裁齐的网线插入水晶头中，无固定弹
片的这一侧看到的线序与标准一致。
水晶头中每个插孔一根芯线，芯线应插到孔
底（有固定弹片的一侧可以确认是否到位）
外皮在水晶头中的长度约 8mm
4. Insert the wires into the RJ45 plug
and check the wires on the face of
the RJ plug, ensuring they are in the
correct order.
The wires should be inserted to the
end of the plug, which you can check
on the back of the plug. Besides,
about 8 mm of the cable with jacket
should be in the RJ-45 plug.

5. 将插好线的水晶头插入压线钳 RJ45 插
孔，用手拿住网线末端并对保持一定的压力
防止水晶头松动，将手柄压到位，建议再重
复压一次以保证压制效果
5. Place the RJ plug, with the wires
inserted, into the RJ45 hole of a
crimping tool. Hold the end of the
Ethernet cable with one hand to
prevent the RJ45 plug moving and
use the other hand to press the
handles of the crimping tool together.
It is recommended to crimp the plug
twice.

6. 压制完成的水晶头合格判定 ：

（1） 8 根芯线均平齐的插到孔底
（2）外皮被水晶头压紧
（3）网线在水晶头中无明显活动
6. After the RJ45 connector is made,
check it and ensure it meets the
following requirements:
 The eight wires are inserted to
the end of the RJ45 plug.
 The jacket of the Ethernet cable
is tightly pressed with the RJ45
plug.
 The wire in the RJ45 plug
cannot be moved.

4 The power cable should be connected correctly in terms of polarity. The power cables
and grounding wires should be correctly and firmly connected. When the copper lug of
a cable is connected to a terminal, flat washer and spring washer should be used and
the spring washer should be pressed flat.
地线、电源线的余长要剪除，不能盘绕。必须采用整段线料且绝缘层无破损现象，不得 □ 通过 □不通过

5 The extra part of the grounding wires or power cables should be smoothly cut off
rather than coiled. A whole cable segment with good insulation layer should be used.

12 All cable labels should face the same direction. The formats of cable labels should
meet the corresponding requirements. If the customer provides special requirements,
the formats should be consistent with those specified in the documentation provided
by the customer.
