ISTRUZIONI PER IL FISSAGGIO MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Fissare al pavimento lo zoccolo utilizzando
i tasselli (Ø 14mm).
2. Appoggiare il quadro allo zoccolo e fissarlo
utilizzando le viti M8x20.
3. Collegare il motore utilizzando il cavo
schermato in dotazione: il collegamento a
terra deve essere eseguito da entrambe i
lati (motore-quadro) utilizzando sia il
conduttore di terra (giallo verde) che lo
schermo (calza).
4. Tenere separati i cavi di potenza da quelli
di segnale ad almeno 20cm, evitare
percorsi paralleli e, se necessario
incrociare i cavi con angoli di 90º.
5. Tenere separato il cavo motore da quello di
alimentazione ad almeno 20cm.
6. La resistenza di frenatura deve essere
montata esternamente al quadro. I cavi di
collegamento devono essere il più corti
possibile e devono essere ritorti.
7. L'eventuale interruttore con spia di fuori
piano (279) e l’interruttore per la
segnalazione di allarme ricevuto (272) sono
posizionati sul bordo inferiore del telaio.
Estrarli dopo aver allentato la vite M4 che li
fissa, e riposizionarli in modo che risultino
visibili a coperchio montato.
8. Per evitare che le batterie si scarichino a
fondo durante il montaggio il quadro viene
consegnato con il connettore XLQA (sulla
scheda allarme A1) disinserito. Inserirlo
solo al momento della consegna
dell’impianto. Disinserirlo per lunghi periodi
di inattività.
1. Fix the socket to the floor using the four
wall screws (14mm Ø).
2. When the socket is fixed to the floor, lean
up the controller and fix it using the M8x20
screws.
3. Connect the motor using the shielded
cable: ground must be connected to both
end (motor- controller) using both the
ground lead (yellow-green) and the shield.
4. Keep power cables separate by signal
cables (20cm at least), avoid long parallel
lay out of cables, if needed cross the
cables with 90º angle.
5. Keep motor cable separate by main cable
(20cm at least).
6. Braking resistor must be mounted outside
the cabinet. Connection cables should be
as short as possible and must be twisted.
7. Switch 272 (if present) is located on the
lower border of controller. After slackening
the M4 fixing screw, turn it in such a way it
will be visible when plastic protection cover
is mounted.
8. In order to avoid full discharge of the
batteries the controllers comes with
connector XLQA (on alarm board A1)
unplugged. Connect it only at final release
of the installation. For long periods of
inactivity disconnect it.
