On __________________________, the following violation was observed:

Two light poles and security lights installed approximately five feet taller than the party walls.
Violation of ARC Charter #10, Recorded CC&R #7. Both light poles need to be removed.

The persons observing the violation are the members of the Architectural Review Committee.

Remedy:
21 days
1. You have __________________ from the date of this letter to correct the violation;
2. Or to dispute the violation by contacting the Architectural Review Committee at the
address at the top of this page via by certified mail within 21 calendar days after the date
of this notice;
3. Or to petition the Arizona Real Estate Department for a hearing on the matter pursuant
to A.R.S. §32-2199.01 and A.R.S. §41-2198.01.

Fines may be imposed if the violation is not corrected.
