1. Using the website of the DOST – PHIVOLCS, navigate to the Earthquake Information Panel and
access the information regarding the following earthquake events:

3. Grab/screen shot and paste an image of the map from the Faultfinder App (5 points) on the box
provided (see sample below) then answer the following questions:
a. Is the place (location based on the earthquake information) within the earthquake-induced
liquefaction area? YES or NO (encircle your answer) 5 points
b. What is the nearest fault line in the area? 3 points
