Heads Division Section and Unit Heads Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel 1. In reference with Division Memorandum No. 53 s. 2018- entitled "New DepEd Email Account Management” the following NEW guidelines are to be followed: a, New form is to be utilized for requesting a new account, resetting of password and deletion of account. Attached is a sample copy for reproduction. b. For account creation, newly hired and permanent teachinginon-teaching personnel who doesn't have a DepEd email account yet should filLup the DepEd Email Account Creation Form and submit to the school's ICT Coordinator for consolidation. Schoo! Head should secure the signature of the Administrative Officer V before submission to the Information Technology Officer | for account creation. c. For Password reset, requesters should filup the DepEd Email Account Password Reset Form and submit directly to the Division ICTS office. Only three password resets are allowed. When the requester exceeds the number of allowable password reset, he/she should write a letter to the Schools Division ‘Superintendent stating the reason why the account is to be reset again. Invalid reasons may lead to account suspension. d. For account deletion, retired/resigned/deceased _teaching/non-teaching personnel should fil-up the DepEd Email Account Deletion Form to be attached to their clearance. The said form should be submitted first to ICTS office and secure the initial of the ITO before he/she can be cleared in the HR section. e.
