Ref: (i) This office letter No. NHSRCL/OPSO1/Land Boundary/309.1/1593 dated 15.05.2018 Vide above mentioned letters, NHSRCL had requested that any construction activity taken up within 5m of MAHSR land boundary (ref-i), shall be brought to the notice of NHSRCL prior to construction. The same remains unchanged. However, in this regard, it is further intimated that structure/buildings having basement/open cut of any depth or foundation more than 4m deep, proposed for construction between 5m to 20m of MAHSR land boundary, shall be brought to the notice of NHSRCL for issue of construction clearance. The above is required to plan for any protection work deemed necessary for ensuring safety of MAHSR structure, while allowing proposed construction of such structure/building (lying between 5m to 20m of MAHSR land boundary). Further; generic issues which shall be considered by NHSRCL while issuing NOC for construction of building/structures within the influence zone of MAHSR Land boundary, are mentioned in the annexure enclosed. The applicant seeking NOC shall have to submit structural safety certificate, for the proposed structure/ building, from qualified structural engineer. 2. Building plans shall comply to all guidelines of concerned urban/local authorities. 3. Drainage, sewage and sullage discharge of the proposed building shall be away from MAHSR land boundary. 4. The windows/opening of the building, facing MAHSR viaduct shall be sealed type. 5. In case, the applicant intends to use tower crane/equipment for proposed development on the plot, then the working arm of the crane /equipment parts shall be kept sufficiently away from MAHSR land boundary and the applicant shall take necessary safety measures during working of the crane/ equipment. 6. The NOC shall be valid for period of three years from the date of issue and shall need to be renewed) revalidated till the completion of construction of MAHSR project or till the occupancy certificate of the building is issued, whichever is earlier. 7.
