Dear Mr. Chua:

I am writing this letter pertinent to our proposal for the renovation and restoration of the
aforesaid unit of Summit One Tower which is located in Mandaluyong City. Due to the FIRE
INCIDENT happened last November 9, 2019 some portion of the unit was destroyed and cause
great damage. In light of the foregoing, we would also like to request from you that our request
be granted that our company will be the one to shoulder all the expenses to be incurred from the
renovation and restoration the unit from its original form including the third party contractor and
allow us to pull out all company properties and products inside the vicinity.

Further, this proposal is limited only for the renovation and restoration of Unit 1704 Summit One
Tower located in Mandaluyong City. This proposal including its terms and condition will be
terminated after the obligations have been satisfied and fulfilled by the E-COMMERCE,
HOUSE OF ENTREPRENEURS INC.

Thus, this proposal is for the sole purpose of the aforementioned terms and conditions. The
company would like to extend its sincerest apology due to this inevitable, unforeseen and
uncontrollable incident.
