Coleman thinks like that because fact never lies. Intelligence,toughness, determination,
and vision are insufficient in work. Truly effective leaders are also distinguished by a
high degree of emotional intelligence, which includes self awareness, self - regulation,
motivation, empathy, and social skill. There are relationship between emotional
intellligence and measurable business results. Emotional Intelligence increased
leadership ability,increased team performance, improve decision making, decreased
occupational stress, reduced staff turnover, and increased personal well - being. That
is why the important thing is emotional intelligence than quality traditionally
