TO: All Wynn Las Vegas, Encore Boston Harbor and WDD employees

FROM: Matt Maddox, CEO Wynn Resorts

RE: Our work ahead

As of today, all of our resorts and offices in North America are closed. We took this action for the
health and safety of our employees, their families and the Las Vegas and Greater Boston Communities
as a whole. Every national health expert has made this simple point: we must all engage in social
distancing by staying home to limit the spread of the virus.

I need you to focus and work on a singular task: stay home and keep your family healthy and safe. In
the coming days, our Company will be paying all Wynn and Encore employees to do the work of staying
home and eliminating all non-essential external social contact for you and your family. I know it will
not be easy to do, which is why we will pay you to do so.

For the small group of essential employees needed to secure and maintain our facilities, we appreciate
your dedication and will ensure that the required social distancing is maintained while you work.

Payroll coverage for the next 30 days will include all current Wynn and Encore employees. For tipped
employees, it will include your average tip compliance rate or distributed tips/tokes since the beginning
of the year. Additional details on payroll, tip calculations and timing will soon be placed on the WIRE. If
you’ve not yet updated your profile on the WIRE with your mobile number, it is essential you do so, so
that we can send you important notices.

It is our shared responsibility to follow the direction of health and safety professionals to stay home,
and limit social contact. We owe it to each other, our families and to our community. We have always
been the leaders in our industry, and we will continue to be during this challenge.

Keep safe.
