    Moorthy has 28 years of rich experience in HR, IR and Admin covering Steel, Chemical,
    Pharmaceutical , Electronics and Engineering Industries. He has done his MBA., from Madurai
    Kamaraj University and LLB., from BMS college of Law. Besides he has done his Diploma in
    Training & Development in ISTD, Delhi.

    He is presently working as Sr. General Manager – H R & Admin for M/s Fowler Westrup ( India)
    Pvt. Ltd., located near Bangalore which is a leading MNC engineering Company.

    He is the active and life member of NHRD, Hosur Chapter since last 27 years . He is now President
    of this chapter .

    He is the panel member of CII- HR panel and associate member of ISTD. He is the best volunteer of
    Art of Living Centre.

    He is the main pillar and instrumental to conduct a two days National level 7 th NHRDN IR Summit
    first time in Hosur recently. He has conducted workshop on Executive Development program,
    Communication, Leadership development , Effective Negotiation skill etc., Besides, he has done
    several presentations in Colleges and Management Institutes on HR topics.
