To Whom It May Concern:

I am very pleased to have the opportunity to recommend Mebin Kuriakose for a new graduate
RN position with your hospital. I have known Mebin for the past 2 year as a nursing student
at University of California, Irvine as well as a co-worker and mentor at UC Irvine Health. At
UC Irvine, I was his Medical-Surgical Adjunct Faculty Instructor and throughout the
semester, he displayed many qualities that I feel would be of great asset to your organization.
He is a student who always goes above and beyond of what is expected and is a mentor to his
fellow classmates. He is highly respected amongst his peers and is seen as a role model.

In the clinical setting, I have had the pleasure of observing his interactions with his patients as
a student nurse and a Patient Care Assistant. He is caring, compassionate, safe and diligent.
He is a firm believer in the fair treatment of all and serves as a wonderful advocate for his
patients and their family members. He is a person with an eagerness to learn and hone his
critical thinking skills, never hesitating to learn new skills and participate in new opportunities.
He is also a hard-working and proactive student, easily adapting to the unique environments
of the hospital floors. He is a natural leader, always eagerly stepping in to help her fellow
colleagues and patients.

On a personal level, Mebin is a man of strong character who fully embodies all the traits you
look for in potential candidates for your RN programs. Specifically, I was amazed by his
kindness, selflessness, and devotion to helping those in need any way that he can.

I have the utmost confidence that Mebin will do great in any RN program. His passion for
working in healthcare is incredible and I really do hope that you will grant him the
opportunity to demonstrate all that he has to offer. He was a wonderful asset to our
organization, as he will be to yours. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,

Jesus Navarro MSN, APRN, FNP
