SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR ENGINEER’S DECISION

Dear Sir,
Further to our RFV # 02 dated 13th of Feb, 2020 regarding source of water, and reference P18-
MOM-BMC-04 where the Employer instructed in a joint meeting that the Contractor’s technical
proposal for tube wells is accepted and we may start the works. We were further instructed to
contact at Employer’s head office for the approval of the same. However, after meeting with a
representative at the Employer’s head office we are now restricted to start the works and we
have learned that now Employer will execute the said works at his own.
It is requested to kindly advise us accordingly.
