Reference to our advertisement published on Sunday, August 26, 2015 for the subject tenders, following
amendments may please be noted:

2% Bid Security in shape of Bank Guarantee is also allowed on following terms, besides Pay order /
Demand Draft:

- Bid security of 2% shall be submitted by the bidder on prescribed Bank Guarantee format (format
available with PSO) and terms acceptable to PSO.
- Bid security shall be subjected to Bank verification, where applicable for lowest responsive bidder and
may also be for other bidders.
- In case of fake guarantee, bidder shall be liable for all applicable penalties including blacklisting.

Hence for the subject tenders, bank guarantees can be submitted against the bids of adequate value on
conditions mentioned above, if acceptable. Further all costs and risks, if any, associated with bank
guarantee shall remain liability of the bidder in all respects.

Tender collection, submission and opening date, scope of work and all other terms & conditions shall
remain unchanged.

Additional requirement for collection of Tender # CF/9846-US:

For Tender # CF/9846-US, valid PEC Certificate (C3 or above) in relevant category is required.

Bidding Procedure:
Single Stage – One Envelope. The bid shall comprise one single envelope containing, separately, financial proposal and technical proposal (if any).

NOTE-
 Bidder must submit Earnest Money mentioned above along with the bid in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft of the total bid value, not less than above mentioned value otherwise the bid may be rejected.
 Bidders are requested to submit all relevant documents with the bid including acknowledgement conforming to the terms and conditions of the contract.
 The bidder may require to furnish proof regarding past experience of similar works and financial strength to accomplished desired job(s), where adequacy of the bidder is not found to be appropriate, shall be rejected.
 This advertisement is for one time procurement of the Captioned Goods / Services / Work only, which does not qualify for other similar future jobs in PSO.
