ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

BREAD AND PASTRY PRODUCTION NC II – 141 hours

Specific requirements must be submitted to the Registrar before he/she


can be admitted to any course/qualification of the institution. He/she is
considered officially enrolled if all admission requirements are complied.

Trainees or students should posses the following requirements:

 Able to read and write;


 With good moral character
 Able to communicate, both orally and in writting; and
 Physically fit and mentally healthy
 Trainees to undergo YP4SC/Power Test if NCAE is not available

Other admission requirements:

 High School report card (for High School graduate)


 Transcript of Records (for College graduate)
 Certificate of good moral character from the school previously attended
 Honorable Dismissal if Transferee
 Duly accomplished enrolment forms original
 Two pieces 1x1 ID picture and 2x2 ID pictures
 Certificate of Live Birth issued by NSO

RULES ON ATTENDANCE

BREAD AND PASTRY PRODUCTION NC II – 141 hours

Students enrolled in the school program, shall strictly abide to the rules on
attendance as implemented by the school as follows:

1. Tardiness
Late-coming in going/reporting to the school and class
schedules is totally discourage, however, a latecomer of at least 5
minutes during the start of classes in the respective session is allowed
but not habitual. Repeated tardiness and commission of such 3 times
within a week is subject for disciplinary action upon the
evaluation/recommendation of the school registrar to the director of the
school for proper action.

2. Absenteeism
Committing absences from school is permissible with
justification of a valid reasons and proper information to the school
authority noted by the class adviser/trainer. Allowable absences are 5
days only or 40 hours during the whole training period.
