HEALTH SERVICES

COOKERY NC II - 316 hours

The school implements a Health Service Program, intended to the general

welfare of the students. The funds of students for their health and medicine should
be honored to them through Primary Health Care such as Periodic Medical and
Dental Check-up. Emergency Health Kits, and Medicines will be maintained in the
school clinic to provide immediate medications to any related injuries and incidents
such as headache, toothache, bruises, burns, cuts, and wounds caused during
workshops and laboratory.

The school has the retainer physician to call during the occurrence of any
untoward incidents, to extend extra treatment whenever possible as the case may
require. The physician is available every Wednesday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at the
school clinic.

JOB LINKAGING NETWORKING SERVICES

COOKERY NC II - 316 hours

The school believes that today’s student has needs and problems, which may
not be met by instructional programs alone. Guidance Counseling was organized to
assist the students to perform their potentials, make wholesome life adjustments and
become self-directed individual.

USAT Guidance Program is under the supervision of the guidance counselor

assisted by an available staff. It offers the following services:

 Orientation and Placement

 Counseling and Psychological Testing
 Referral Scholarship and Financial Assistance
 Vocational and Career Guidance Information
 Graduate Placement and Follow-up
