GUIDE TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL PATCH_ATC.

EXE

1. Open the BIR website (www.bir.gov.ph).

2. On the lower left side of the BIR website home page. Click on the “Downloadables” button
3. Click the “Alphalist Data Entry and Validation Module Version 6.1 “and download the patchATC.exe or
patchATC.zip program.

4. Locate where the Alphalist Data Entry and Validation Module version 6.1 is installed and save the downloaded
program (patchATC.exe).

TO UPDATE ATC:

1. Double click the patchATC.exe located in the BIRALPHA61 folder.

2. An information message will appear, click the “OK” button and validate the result by logging in to the Alpahalist
Data Entry v6.1.
