Warranty : One (1) year standard base warranty or 1200 running hours from date of
acceptance against material defects and workmanship under normal use and service for
standby application whichever comes first.

Out of Scope of Supply:

1. Equipment for unloading and lifting of unit to the power house.
2. All consumables such as lube oil, fuel, Water/radiator coolant and battery solution, Transportable
Resistive Load Bank for Load Testing if required and others are for the account of the client.
3. All mechanical and electrical works and supply.
4. DENR Permit To Operate.

Terms of Payment: 75% Down payment and Balance upon delivery.

Delivery Period: 65 Calendar days

AFTERSALES SUPPORT:
 Consultation and technical supervision on installation shall be free of charge. Quotation on
installation will be issued upon request.
 Labor for Testing and Commissioning is free of charge.
 Training of customers’ personnel on operations and troubleshooting of the Generator
Equipment shall be free of charge.
 Parts and filters are available in JTECH Industry Incorporated, Davao & Cebu offices.
 Service personnel are available on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your needs.
 Preventive Maintenance Contract may be customized to customers’ requirement.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:

A. Proposal: Our proposal is made in accordance with the interpretation of the plans,
specifications or verbal advice of the customer, the equipment, accessories, parts or services we
shall supply shall be limited to those offered in this proposal and/or those confirmed be the
customer’s Purchased Order (P.O.) or Conforme. All clerical errors in the proposal shall be corrected
if necessary.

B. Order Acceptance: Acceptance of orders placed by the buyer, shall be subject to the existing
terms and conditions at the time of order. No other terms and conditions shall apply unless
expressly accepted by our company in writing or agreed upon prior to the orders of confirmation.

C. Delivery: Delivery service is limited to transporting the Generating Set to the customer specified
delivery address and area. Electro-mechanical installation and services are available upon request
but will be charged separately.

D. Delivery Date: Counting of days to delivery dates begin only upon receipt of down payment
and/or Letters of Credit in case of indent orders which confirms the contract. For check payments,
counting begins when the checks has cleared with our bank. Completion dates are best estimates
during the time of order placement. We are not liable for damages, direct or indirect caused by
delays in delivery or non-performance of the order that are a result of circumstances beyond our
control, including acts of God or nature, civil war, strikes and riots, etc., as well as disruption in the
delivery and performance schedules of third party suppliers.

E. Delayed/Rescheduled Deliveries: For delays and reschedules in deliveries for reasons that
JTECH Industry Incorporated not at fault, we reserve the right to demand and collect for applicable
costs, including but not limited to storage fees, transportation fees, labor costs, opportunity costs,
etc.

F. Cancellation and Withdrawal of Downpayment: In case of cancellation of order and

withdrawal of paid downpayment for reasons other than ours, payment will be refunded less all
applicable charges, including but not limited to the cancellation charge, which is equivalent to 25%
of the total contract price.
