PREFACE

Human resource management is concerned with people element in management. Since every
organization is made up of people, acquiring their services, developing their skills/ motivating to
high level of performances and ensuring that they continue to maintain their commitments to the
organization which are essential to achieve organizational objectives.

This project is meant to know the Human Resource Policies in the organization. The HR Policies
are a tool to achieve employee satisfaction and thus highly motivated employees. The main
objective of various HR Policies is to increase efficiency by increasing motivation and thus
fulfill organizational goals and objectives.

The objective is to provide the reader with a framework of the HR Policy Manual and the various
objectives that the different policies aim to achieve. The main focus was on the managerial levels
of employees in ALIENS DEVELOPERS PVT. LTD.

ABSTRACT
The topic of the project is ‘Human Resource Policies in Real Estate Sector’. It brings out the
behavioral aspect of the employees working in Aliens Developers Pvt. Ltd. The main objective
of the study is to find the overall performance of the employees.

Aliens Developers Pvt. Ltd. is determined to play a leading role in the development of the Real
Estate sector in the twenty-first century. Over the past few years, it has worked towards building
a strong foundation and establishing a professional corporate identity for our company. Today, in
the field of Real Estate, Aliens Developers Pvt. Ltd. is one of the recognized leader; respected
for its achievements, professional ethics and innovative concepts.

The research design used in this study is descriptive research design. Data from 100 people were
collected as population study. Data was collected by survey method through structured
questionnaire with close ended questions. The primary data was obtained through questionnaire
and secondary data from the company records and through internet.

The Human resources played a vital role for the growth of Aliens Developers Pvt. Ltd. So, I
prepared the internship report of the topic HR Policies in Aliens Developers Pvt. Ltd. Lots of
functions are related in the HR works to determine the employee satisfaction level and turnover
is very much important for the growth of the company. Various departments are related to the
functions of a real estate firm like HR, Admin, Marketing, Sales, Credit Realization, Finance &
Accounts, Procurement etc. For the smooth operation and coordination it is important to
understand all the HR functions of these departments. I tried to highlight all the functions that
normally do the HR functions of a real estate firm and especially give the emphasis of the
employee satisfaction level of the various departments’ employees.
