Fixes

General Issues
 The certificate page is returning an error if no certificate is applied to
the content. Maybe remove the button in this case or display a basic
message (no certificate assigned to this course)? Something like this.

 Super Admin is a user of Slack Corp, not sure how that happened.
When I log in I get error messages

 Menu drop down not disappearing on mobile

 Bulk upload not registering team (is this because this see Smith and
Nephew as a department and not a team?)

 Retain memory of fields

o User (edit does not retain any information)


o Content (example e-learning edit does not show existing scorm file)

 Error on e-learning load: log in as follows

o Volunteers Induction e-learning gives error. It would be good to
understand what Nicola did to get this.

 Website load on Dashboard is not working (Iframe?)

Department/Team
 Department not displaying members total – this number should represent
all of the member of that department including sub teams/managers etc..
Classroom
 On the classroom course user view please widen the fields

 On Classroom admin pages I get this at the bottom (blue button)

 What does “send schedule to users” do?


 Enrolled classroom course in “my content’ or in Schedule this is
returning an error message when I select it.

Recording Attempts
 Attempt History does not appear to record attempts – (tested e-
learning) (normal and blended)
 Same with the video Recent Played Duration, this does not appear to
record anything (normal and blended)
Development for quote please

1. Create a bespoke group – ability to create a group (just like we currently


create a team) that sits outside of the hierarchy. This could be a random
group of employees. Once created admin can use this group as they
would any team, i.e. bulk enroll, run reports.

2. When loading content allow option to give access only to a specific


audience, i.e. selected departments/teams/groups only see this content in
their library

3. Give admin ability to modify email (content, branding etc…) Also, we


want to allow them to view email as coming from their email address as
you suggested.

4. Generate a new email (the cost of us creating a single new email for
them)

5. Give admin ability to “login as a user” useful for when trying to give
support (add this to super user also)

6. Build feedback function (questionnaire) that appears once a user has


completed content. Allow content user to create and enable this option.

7. Allow bulk upload roles

8. Ability to override the automated “manager”.

o This would not impact on the team hierarchy


o This would allow new manager to view user records
o Both team manager and assigned manager would have the
permission to approve courses, enroll in content, view/adjust
schedule etc…

9. Admin to be able to give any user permission to view another user’s


reports

10.Admin to have ability to override the system and mark content as


completed.
