12- Queen of Peace

A story of a two girl who are in love with one boy

Sandra and Alex are best friends since they are 5 years old. They treat
each other as sisters. They are Freshmen College now.

When the bell rang, it’s a sign that they should go to their respective
classroom because the class will start.

The teacher came and then she introduced herself. Later on, she asked the
students to introduce themselves so that they will know each other.

While the other students are introducing, the door open, the man outside
came. Sandra and Alex staring at the man who just came in.

They giggled because that man is drop-dead-gorgeous. The teacher were

mad because that man entered the room without greeting her.

“Excuse me, Sir?” the teacher asked the man.

“Yes?”

“Aren’t you gonna say sorry for being late? And aren’t you gonna greet
me?”

“What for?” the man replied.

The teacher and the whole class were shocked to the response of the
student.

“Introduce yourself.”

“I’m Markie Lim.”

“Learn how to respect, Mr. Lim. Find a seat.”

Markie are looking for a seat and the only seat that available is beside
Sandra.
Markie sit beside Sandra. Sandra introduced herself. “Hello, I’m Sandra
and this girl beside me is Alex. We’re best friends since college. Nice to
meet you, Markie.”

Markie ignored those two girls. Sandra and Alex were shy because they
were got ignored.

Months had passed, Markie is still quiet.

Alex really wanted to be friends with Markie because she said he was so
mysterious. “Hello Markie, do you want to join us for lunch?” Alex asked.
But still, she got no response. When it is time for lunch, Alex grabbed
Markie’s arm then they went to the cafeteria. Sandra was shocked because
Alex forgot about her. She went to the canteen only to find out that Alex
and Markie was not there. She went to the counter to order and when she
got her order, she hurriedly finished her food.

After she ate, she went to their classroom. She saw Alex talking to Markie
but he keeps on ignoring her. Sandra sat on her chair and read her books.
After a while Alex asked Sandra why did she not saw her at the cafeteria
but Sandra just smiled.

The teacher enter the room, “Class we have a group project, I will be the
one who will choose your partner.”

“Claire and Andrew”

“Macy and Rian”

“Alex and Kyle”

“And last, Sandra and Markie”

Alex looked at Sarah with her sad eyes then later on she looked at Markie,
“Aw, we are not partners.”

Markie just looked at her and then she looked at me “When will we start
doing this project?”
I’m a bit shocked because it was his first time talking to me. “Saturday at
2:00pm, Are you okay with that?”

Markie replied, “Yeah. See you.”

Then it’s Saturday, Markie went to their house and did their projet. After this
scene, Markie was always talking to Sandra even if it’s nonsense.

Alex got curious and confronted Sandra, “I’m curious, what’s between you
and Markie?”

Sandra replied, “Nothing, we’re just friends, Alex. Why?”

“Sandra, I like Markie. I really do, since you are friends with him, can you
help me get close to him? Please, bestfriend…”

“I will try, Alex.” Sandra said.

Sandra tried to set up a date for Sandra and Markie, but Markie got mad at
her. “Why are you setting us up? It’s kinda rude that you somehow
controlling my ‘love life’.”

“Markie, I’m just helping Sandra, she really really likes you.”

“I like someone.”

“Who?” Sandra asked.

“You”

Sandra was shocked, thinking Markie was just joking. “Stop joking Markie.”

“I’m serious, Sandra. I like you. You’re not like the other girls. I like you
since the day I entered the classroom.”

“I like you too, Markie. But I love Sandra.”

“Let’s talk to her.”

“No, Markie, I love Sandra, and I will not break our friendship just for a
man. I’m sorry.”
