Riot Control Vehicle is especially designed to provide a range of non-lethal options to disperse protesters in
situations of civil unrest and violent protest. The vehicle is equipped with powerful remotely operated
multi-directional water cannons and a water tank capacity of 6000 liters. The water cannons are fitted with
proportional valves and separate tanks to infuse dyes, foams and other additives. The Riot Control Vehicle has
been specifically designed to provide maximum safety for the vehicle's crew, the vehicles smooth exterior
prevents rioters from mounting it and each vehicle is also equipped with 360 degree tear gas duct system.
When used the system will spray tear gas around the vehicle and quickly drive back any rioters to a safe
distance. The Riot Control Vehicle has excellent maneuverability and when used effectively the vehicle will
quickly disperse even the most unruly crowd, without any fatal injuries.

 Water Cannons : TWO WATER CANNONS:
Fixed immediately on top of the driver cabin, equipped with daytime/nighttime
camera
Operating water cannons provided by an electronic system which is connected
to two manipulators joystick type placed within the cabin.
Two LCD screens installed inside the cab showing the areas covered by the
two cameras are installed on the two water guns lances
The two water cannons can be operated independently
The movement of the water cannons is exactly as per the movement of the
joysticks
Firing distance of the water cannons is between 50m to 60m without wind
Horizontal orientation: 270 Degrees / Vertical orientation: -45 to +90
Protection: Cannons are protected by 3mm thick steel and also has fixed
projector that is the same direction as the cannons

LATERAL WATER CANNON

Manual control of orientation of each jet placed in the cabin on the operating
table is provided by a position controller, "manipulator" controlling a pneumatic
cylinder
Position: Placed under the vehicle on each side
Orientation: 170 Degrees

FRONTAL WATER CANNONS:

Placed on the longitude of the vehicle and directly in the front, at the height of
the front bumper with vertical and horizontal orientation. operating water
cannons provided by an electronic system which is connected to two
manipulators joystick type placed within the cabin.

Protection: Cannons are protected by 3mm thick steel and also has fixed
projector that is the same direction as the cannons

Tear Gas Installation
: A Specific System, which permits the mix of water & tear gas with the cannon.
The ensemble consists of 02 tanks built with stainless steel sheet.
A suitable mixing system for the tear-water mixture
A proportional injection system for adjusting the flow of the tear solution. This
system is installed in parallel to the supply pipe and guns with a safety valve to
avoid any risk of error handling.
The assembly is located in the pump compartment and control is via
pushbutton with indicator light located on the control panel in the cab.
