If you have a player set as a poacher in your FM save, you LF/CF/RF
11 dont want him to have a high defensive work rate. So even if LW/RW
he had 20 workrate you would want him to have a high
11 attacking workrate and a low defensive workrate. The same CAM
11 goes for centre backs with 20 workrate, you wouldnt want LM/RM
11 them running up the pitch. So i thought that you could CM
choose from a range of workrates which suit how you want
11 your player to play :). CDM
