Thesis statement :
There are many benefits of loving KPop which can affect our life,such as making people want to learn
Korean, teaching people to save money, and adding new friends.
Body paragraphs :
First of all,KPop can make people want to learn Korean. Scientists have found that prospective
language learners would have a better chance retaining the language if they sang it rather than just
studied it of the page. For fans from overseas, this is certainly very beneficial for them. They indirectly
learn Korean when they listen to the idol songs they like. People will learn how to pronounce Korean so
they can sing while the song is playing. People also will curious about what the song means. So, when
people already understand and speak Korean, they can communicate with the idol and other fans
through social media or meet directly.
KPop teaches you to save money. Every idol will definitely do a concert. That idol do it to be
able to meet their fans and give the best performances to entertain them. The idol agency also always
produce official merchandise. Fans will definitely want to come to the idol concert and buy official
merchandise. For fans from overseas, they usually want to visit their idol country, South Korea, to watch
concerts or holidays. So they will definitely save their money to buy concert tickets and official
merchandise. Even fans who are wasteful using money, will learn to save money.
Last but not least, KPop adds new friends. When people come to the concert, surely they will
meet new people. It could be in that place people get to know each other, exchange contacts or social
media, then become friends. That can happen because they like the same idol. Having friends who like
Kpop can also sharing about Kpop news with each other.
To conclude, loving KPOP is a fun thing and makes you happier. Fangirling can also be used as
a hobby. When you are sad, you can hear idol songs that you like or watch their performances on social
media. That will make you feel better.
