 One day there was a husband and wife who had 3 children. The first child is named
agus, a child who is delinquent, likes to drink, and always troublesome parents. The second
child is called windu, windu is a child who gambles and likes to play with women. The third
child is named siska, siska is a cowardly and whiny child. Meanwhile yogis are sickly and
unable to work
One night Agus went home to push the door, he is drunk
Agus : mom, give me money now!
Siska : mom, he came, i was scared
Agus : shut up, where is mommy?
Yogi : for what you come here ? Useless child base
Agus : shut up you old man, give me money now

Meanwhile the second child came

Windu : I’m come
Yogi : this is coming again. one more child is useless
Windu : see you later when I win gambling, you will regret saying that to me

Siska ran to find her mother and cried

Siska : mom, fast forward brother come at home and make dad cry
Utari : ohh my god, let's accompany mom there
Siska : don’t want, i’m afraid
Utari : it’s okay, you with mom

Utari and Siska run to the living room

Utari : What is this?
Yogi : this is 2 your children come ask for money
Agus : Arrghhhh... damn it, give me money quickly
Windu : yes right, give me money too
Utari : honey, You just go into the room, you’re sick. Let me take care of them
Yogi : stop take care of them I don't want to have kids like them
Agus angry and pulling dad's collar
Agus : shut up, give me money quickly

Windu clap and laugh

Windu : ha ha ha... quickly hit him

Suddenly Yogi had a heart attack

Yogi : (hold the chest) useless child base

While enduring pain, Yogi falls to the floor and is unconscious

Agus : haaah... what happen with him? I didn't hit him
Utari : oh my god what is this? (while trying to wake her husband)
Siska : dad please wake up, mom does he die ?
Windu : shut up, let’s take dad to the hospital

Utari : Windu please, get help out

Windu : yes mom

Windu ran outside the house to seek help

Windu : help.. help.. please help my dad

Two neighbors came to approach Windu

Desi Astiti : windu, what is wrong ? why are you screaming at night?
Dina O : yes, can we help you?
Windu : please help my dad. My dad suddenly passed out
Desi : yes, where is your dad?
Windu : let’s follow me. My dad passed out at the living room

The three of them run towards Windu house to see the condition Yogi
Utari : plese help my husband
Dina O. : calm down, I will call ambulance now
Desi : Yes Dina, quickly
After a few minutes the ambulance came and bring Yogi to the hospital
Ayu S : what’s wrong with him?
Utari : help my husband, suddenly passed out and unconscious
Ayu S : Yes Mrs keep calm, your husband we will handle and please registration
your husband at the registration room
Agus : Windu registration dad quickly
Windu : why me? just you there
Agus : no way. I’older for you, you must yield
Siska : shut up. I will registration our daddy
Agus : up to you
Ayu S :you better not make a fuss here. please wait outside

Nurse Ayu S report the patient's condition to the doctor

Ayu S : Excuse me doctor, i will tell you that a patient has suddenly passed out and
unconscious just come to the hospital
Dodi : Okay, I will check him right now

Doctor and nurse Ayu come over to the patient

Dodi : have you checked his vital sign?
Ayu S : yes i have doctor. His blood preasure is : 200/160 mmHg, Pulse is:
130x/minute, and respiratory rate is: 20x/minute
Dodi : how about his oxygen saturation
Ayu S : his oxygen saturation is: 95%
Dodi : Okay, help me for checked patient’s EKG
Ayu S : yes doctor
Dodi : excuse me Mrs Utari, did Mr. Yogi go to the hospital before?
Utari : in the past my husband was taken to the hospital because of his
hypertension
Dodi : before passed out, does he eat anything maybe?
Utari : he just eat porridge and vegetables, doctor
Dodi : does Mr. Yogi have a problem?
Utari : before he passed out he was fighting with our child
Dodi : does that happen often ?
Utari : yes, my husband is often stressed by our unruly child behavior
Dodi : yes, we will checked the patient, please calm down Mrs.
Utari : yes please
After the doctor examined the patient, the doctor diagnosed Mr. Yogi with a mild
stroke and Mr. Yogi had to get treatment at the hospital

Meanwhile another patient came with his family and complained that the patient had
a contraction in his stomach.
Dwipa : I feel I will give birth, Can you help me?
Diah : please help my sister, she lives alone, her husband has left her with her
pregnant. and now maybe she will give birth to her child. Please save her
Amy : please calm down, I will help your sister, please register your sister in the
registration room
Diah : how about my sister? she will be alone here if I leave her
Amy : please clam down and don’t worry, we will look after your sister and take
good care of her here
Diah : Yes, I will complete my sister's registration ang please take care of my sister
Amy : Yes please Mrs. Diah.
Mrs Dwipa please wait a minute, I will call doctor for check your condition

Then Mrs Amy call doctor Evy for check Mrs. Dwipa condition
Amy : excuse me doctor evy, there are patients complaining of contractions in the
womb
Evy : Okay, Have you done a vaginal toucher examination?
Amy : yes i have, patient already opening 1
Evy : Okay, let’s we go there now

Doctor Evy and nurse Amy come to the patient

Evy :excuse me, are you Mrs. Dwipa right ?
Dwipa : yes doctor
Evy : what do you feel now?
Dwipa : I feel there is contractions in my womb and make me feel uncomfortable
Evy : did you eat anything before coming to the hospital?
Dwipa : No doctor, I just eat bread and drink milk
Evy : did you previously do heavy work until you feel tired
Dwipa : yes doctor. I need money for my child's birth costs
Evy : nurse Amy i want to ask, who accompanied the patient to come here?
Dwipa : the patient came with his sister and now his sister is completing patient
registration in the registration room
Evy : yes, I will examine the patient further and nurse Amy please help me to
prepare the tools.
Amy : yes doctor, I will prepare the tools
Mrs. Dwipa received further treatment and was advised by a doctor to undergo
inpatient care to observe her condition.

In other places there are two people who want to find friends but have trouble finding
the room they are looking for then they ask the registration room.
Dina S : excuse me, may I ask you something?
Ayu P : Yes, May I help you Mrs ?
Usi : can we leave this hospital, I am not comfortable with the atmosphere in this
hospital
Dina S : Okay, we will leave this hospital soon, after visiting our friend
Usi : Okay
Dina S : I am looking for a patient named Dwipa, she is pregnant and has just been
 taken to this hospital for treatment
Ayu P : Mrs.Dwipa is now being treated in the rose room. You can go through that
aisle and find room number 2
Dina S : Thank you for your information
Ayu P : You’re welcome Mrs.

When Dina and Usi walked to the rose room, Usi suddenly fainted
Dina S : Oh my god Usi, what happened with you? please woke up. Anybody can
help me?
Eva : what happened Mrs? What can I do for you ?
Dina S : please help me to bring my friends to emergency room
Eva : Okay Let’s take her there immediately
