  Part 1: After checking the Unit 1 Topic 2: Modal Verbs, write 1 sentence using
each one of the modal verbs regarding your duties and rights as passenger in a
flight: can – could – may - must - should - ought to – have to – need to- had
better - would.

Actividad 1

1. You must not carry armas in your luggage.

2. During the flight I can listen to music with headphones
3. The airline should inform passengers about flight delays, cancellation and diversion
of the same.
4. I could cancel the reservations made when they are not going to be used.
5. The police may check my luggage.
6. have to fasten my seat belt before the flight takes off.
7. If the passenger wishes to go to the bathroom, need to ask the flight attendant.
8. If the flight is very long, ought to watch a movie on the screen.
9. If the passenger carries carry-on luggage, it would be better not to neglect it.

Actividad 3.

My life in ten years

My name is Selene Pereira, I live in the municipality of Tumaco and work as a systems
teacher. I have a home made up of my husband and daughter whom I love very much. I
have to work daily for the welfare of my family and that makes me live very happy. I am
currently studying why I should improve my skills to improve in my daily work.

In ten years I hope to have had my second son, besides seeing my daughter in college, it is
my duty to work for that. I hope to have a solid relationship with my husband and keep my
home very stable. I also hope to have a pet that I will take care of a lot. In ten years I will
have a happy home.

Also in ten years, I will be a professional with a specialization and a master's degree in
communication networks. I will work in a recognized company doing advice where my
skills stand out.

I will have my own business, a software creation and maintenance company, where I will
work with some friends and family.

I will have to generate employment to be able to consolidate it at the national level and to
achieve my dreams of having sufficient economic stability to provide my daughter.
