SUBJECT: This pertains to the letter complaint of ALIE T. CABEBE dated June 14,
2019 with supporting documents such as parents’ signature and others as his complaint
against the undersigned and my co – teachers of the said school for alleged
“VIOLATION OF NO UNIFORM, NO COLLECTION and NO CLEARANCE POLICIES”
stipulated under DepEd Order No. 54 s. 2009 (Revised Guidelines Governing – Parent
Teachers Associations (PTA’s) at the School Level).

Relative to the letter complaint of Mr. ALIE T. CABEBE dated June 14, 2019
with light accusations against the undersigned and my co – teachers are malicious,
baseless, fabricated and cowardly act to cover up his shortcomings. He did not properly
research to give proof his accusations even invited us for inquiry in a proper forum. He
did not send a copy furnish officially to defend our side as due process mandated in
our constitution. It is very clear that the intention of the complainant was to prejudice
and degrade the integrity of the undersigned and my co – teachers who are religiously
and faithfully performing our duties. His accusations are malicious, fabricated, blatant
lies without any iota of truth design to malign me and my co – teachers and to cover
up his failures and shortcomings.
