1. Introduction
This document will cover the business requirement of Finolet Website
development – phase 1.
3. Basic Flow
As per the initial understanding and reviewing the existing ‘Finolet’ official
website and the business model, the following sketches have been derived and
this is subject to be modified at any moment based on the user/authority
approval.
Items are classified by taking the following areas are in the list, and they are

This would be the sample landing page when a user comes in by providing
the url
This will contain the header items, with the ‘Finolet’ official logo on the left
and a full size banner will show case the product features.
Apply – will lead the customer to apply for a product ( Loan in most of the
cases)
Our reach – will lead the customer to find out the physical shop keepers
around the location
Team – will lead the customer to know more about the team members
Sign in – will lead the existing customer to know about the applied loan
status by login to their account and will be used to manage their profile.
Menu – will have other items which will be proposed later on stages

Scrolling of available products will be kept bottom of the landing page and
will allow the customer to hit and know more about them by redirecting
them to the exclusive product page.
This popup will allow user to reach ‘FinOlet’ with minimal effort by
providing just their Mobile No and Finolet executives can directly
reach customer to know more about their Loan Requirements and
direct the user about more steps.
This will give quick impression and easy access to the user to achieve
their goal.

5. Supportive Items:
5.1 Landing Page Section 1
This section will lead the supportive items of ‘Finolet’ business model and allow
the customer to have a basic understanding about the product and the features.
We shall have,

5.2 Landing Page Section 2
Sample 1:
This section handle and showcase how quick a customer can avail and the
easy steps and process ‘FinOlet’ can serve for them.

Above items will collect the basic information a customer can share with
‘Finolet’ to avail his Loan. And once the customer has shown interest using the
quick access page, Finolet executives will take care of the things and will reach the
customer and complete the process.
**Near future this facility shall be fully automated using AI bots or any other automation
mechanism.

This will showcase the ‘QUICK COMPARISON’ chart of competitors of
‘Finolet’. This will educate the customer about the benefits of availing loan from
‘Finolet’ and why the customer should choose ‘Finolet’ for their Loan
requirement.
** Items can be modified based on ‘Finolet’ marketing team based on their requirements. (This
is a suggestion from BA team)
This section will allow the customer to know more about the nearby outlets
where they can know more about ‘Finolet’ service and the other activities which
can be carried out by the stores.
Customer can just enter the post code (Current location can be fetched
automatically for location access) and they can find out the store information’s
here.
** Automated direction using Maps shall be added on later on stages to provide easy access to
the desired store.

5.5 Landing Page Section 5 – Our Partners
This section will showcase the partners list of ‘Finolet’ and customer will
gain more trust on ‘Finolet’.

FAQ section deal and have few predefined and mostly asked/raised by a
customer from a customer point of view.
This will allow customer to get more clarity over the product, service and
other areas.
This can be defined and shared by the ‘Finolet’ team from their years of
experience
This will allow the user to evaluate the available products current market
values, interest rates, etc
‘Finolet’ shall allow the user to pick their desired loan and the current
product features, basic information they require, etc through this area
** This can be automated near future by just getting customer PAN no (Item which can be used
to find out their CIBIL score or any other medium where to find more about the customer etc.)

5.8 Landing Page Section 7 – User/Customer Review
User review will allow the customer who visits to the ‘Finolet’ official
website and give a glance about the customer who has got benefited by ‘Finolet’
service. This will give good impact over the Finolet credibility and the quality of
service.
** Above is a sample theme and can be modified based on the requirement at any point of time
and keeping highly rated reviews are much appreciated.

6. Product Information Page: Personal Loan
Each of the ‘Finolet’ products and services will have a dedicated page which
will cover the complete information, services and analysis. This will allow the user
to gain a complete knowledge about the product and give access to the ‘Finolet’
team to expose their product and service exclusively under each page.
Above is a sample form where a customer will get clear detail about a
‘Personal Loan’ and this will have complete product details, competitor analysis,
live market details etc.

This will allow the ‘Finolet’ team to expose their product features and
showcase the analysis and other details underneath the landing page of this
exclusive product.
Customer will gain more clarity on the product by analyzing the given
information.

Travel loan section can contain the partner offers like integrating with
market leaders like ‘Goibibo’, ‘MakeMyTrip’ etc where the current travel loan can
be utilized by the customer.
This will give better option to the customer as well give more business to
‘Finolet’ by allowing the vendors partnership.
** Above is purely a ‘Finolet’ management call to have the third party integrations with their
website/product.
7. Business Policy
Business policy needs to be framed and mutually agreed by the management before going live.
Terms and conditions needs to be farmed out and agreed by the management before going live.

9. Help, Blog, Press, Legal
Help, Blog, Press, Legal items are should be framed out by the ‘Finolet’
management and must be approved before going live.
** Legal items can be placed as a .pdf file which has the ‘web copy, not for execution’ like
water mark. And any uploaded documents to the site except a input form shall have the
same to avoid any issues near future.
Social media items like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn etc
can be added under the footer section. This will allow the user to follow the
latest news and updates from the ‘Finolet’ team and shall be used for Digital
Marketing purpose near future.
