BEHAVIORAL AND CONSTRUCTIVIST LEARNING THEORIES WORKSHEET

Objective: To identify the significant concepts of different behavioral and constructivist theories of learning and its implications in the teaching-
learning process.

Task: Identify the name of the theory, the underlying principles, important terms and concepts, and its implication in the teaching-learning process.

Tools and Resources: Book (PROFED_103- Facilitating Learner-Centered Teaching) and internet access.

Procedures:

1. Using the matrix below, you are instructed to fill in the important information about the theorist. You are going to answer it here in this document.

2. For the second column, you are asked to identify the name of the theory given by the theorist.

3. The third column is intended for the principle behind the theory. Remember I am asking you your insights, therefore you can only use the book and
internet sources as your reference but not as your direct answer.

4. The fourth column is for the important concepts or terminologies that are mentioned in the theory (e.g. in Pavlov theory, unconditioned stimulus).
Provide the definition of the concepts and terms.

5. The last column is for the implication of the theory in the teaching-learning process. How the theory is helpful in delivering the lesson successfully.

6. Your answers should be brief and concise and it should be listed in a bullet form.

7. The deadline for this worksheet will be during the week of resumption of classes.
