I.

OBSERVATION
a. Day 1 of observation, we measured different mass of monosodium glutamate
(MSG) to put it on water for the Allium Cepa in order to see whether there are
roots growing.
b. Day 2 of observation, there are no roots growing on the Allium Cepa.
c. Day 3 of observation, one visible roots have started to grow on the Allium
Cepa with an MSG of 5g.
d. Day 4 of observation, roots started to grow on the control no MSG added.
e. Day 5 of observation, the measured roots in the control is 3.5 inches.

II. OBJECTIVES:
A. GENERAL OBJECIVE
 To be able to observe the effect of the different concentration of
MSG on the roots of Allium Cepa
B. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE
1. To be able to observe the effect of MSG on growth of the roots
of the Allium Cepa.
2. To be able to observe the effect of the different concentration of
MSG on the leaves of the Allium Cepa.
