The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of
social intelligence, spiritual intelligence, education level and career development on
employee performance both partially and simultaneously on the Tasikmalaya City
Government Environment. The object of study was the Environmental Officer of the
Tasikmalaya City Government.
The research method used is path analysis. Data collection was obtained
through observation, questionnaires and literature study. The population in this study
was 379 employees.
Social intelligence, spiritual intelligence, education level, career
development and employee performance in the Tasikmalaya City Government are in
quite good category. Social Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence and Education Level
influence Career Development both simultaneously and partially at the Tasikmalaya
City Government Environmental Employees. Social Intelligence, Spiritual
Intelligence, Level of Education and Career Development affect the performance of
both partially and simultaneously on Tasikmalaya City Government Officials.
