Following Operation: attaching shoulder of front and back yoke( lining)

Bundle Handling before Operation Hand Used Frequency

1. Grasp the brief bundle. BH 1/65
2. Untie the bundle. BH 1/65
3. Place it on the left side of m/c table. BH 1/65

Operation Method
1. Pick up the front yoke with LH and place the wrong side facing the m/c. RH - LH 1/1
2. pick up the back yoke with LH and place the right side on top of front yoke. LH - RH 1/1
3. align the left and right shoulder line. BH 1/1
4. start stitching the right shoulder from the HPS to LPS BH 1/1
5. using RH move the front and back yoke together towards the operator. RH 1/1
5. start stitching the left shoulder from the HPS to LPS. BH 1/1

Bundle Handling after Operation

1. Collect all pcs from the table and tie the bundle. BH 1/65
2. Dispose the bundle on the centre table. BH 1/65
