This is to certify that Mr. Yashik Sahni , a student of Rajiv Gandhi National University of
Law, Patiala, Punjab has successfully completed his internship for a period of 4 weeks
in the month of January starting from 2 nd January, 2020 at our firm. He has aptly shown
his competence by his participation and assistance in several ongoing cases during this
period.

During this period, he was exposed to several areas related to IP such as research IP
Laws, drafting documents, writing blogs on latest IP matters, making briefs on IP case
laws, researched industrial design databases related to ongoing matters. He undertook
research work on various aspects of trademark, copyright and industrial design laws. He
assisted in the preparation of various applications and written submissions related to
ongoing cases and filings including the amendment of claims. He also attended court
proceedings and filing various documents at the Delhi Hight Court.

We found him to be hard working, dedicated, proactive, enthusiastic and sincere in the
tasks assigned to him and we were satisfied with his work. His overall conduct was very
pleasant.

We assure that he will be a proficient asset to any law firm or a corporate body dealing
