Decision/ Recommendations
Based on overall analysis of all profiles, I suggestedit is recommended Mr Gupta is the
suitablebe considered candidate for the role of the general shift in charge.

Action Plan
Mr Prasad should appoint Mr Gupta as the general shift in charge before the retirement of Mr
Ashok.

Contingency Plan
If suggested action plan will not work out the next choice for the general shift in charge
would be Mr Khanna. Mr Ashok’s extension cannot be done because sooner or later SGL
must appoint a person from within the company.

1. A systematic analysis of the situation.

2. Communicated clearly, but with lots of scope to improve sentence construction,
language and tonality.
3. Your work is appreciated.
