How to Record Your

Podcast
Using SoundTrap

Login to SoundTrap
1. www.SoundTrap.com
2. Click “Join as a Student”
3. Enter the Join Code from Mr. Blyzes
 Recording your podcast
1. For each recording (or chapter),
you’ll create a project
2. To create a project, click “Enter
Studio”
3. Then, select “Podcast”

Record your podcast

Click “Add New Track”

Select “Voice & microphone”

● It may ask you if you want to

allow the microphone
● If prompted, confirm this
action
 About recording…
● After clicking “Start
Recording”, it may
give you a count
down and/or a
count up
● You can stop and
start recordings by
hitting both the
record button and
the stop button

Other Soundtrap features

When finished Tools for the advanced
Name your project:
