Human resources contributed to the health sector, 50% of them are Nurses, thus

requiring practical directions for the future of the Nursing industry in Vietnam as well

as in the world.

The current situation of domestic hospitals and health facilities is short of human

resources for nursing industry. The shortcomings are that the nurses do not have

enough time to take care of each patient completely according to the procedure and

only fully implement the medical orders. The general awareness of nursing is weak

(including leadership, nurses and the community). Lack of qualified and leading

nurses:> 50% of nurses do not meet management standards, 70% of teachers are

doctors. There is no effective patient care model for replication: Patients must take

caregivers, nursing activities are dependent, not professional. The most difficult

resource for the Union to operate is that the province relies heavily on the government

Notably, one of the reasons for increasing the risk of increased occupational risks is

that the skilled nursing human resources in Vietnam are from high levels. According to

a survey at the National Hospital of Pediatrics in 2003, about 75% of employees were

pierced by sharp objects while on duty, ... The average number of employees at risk at

5 times / year, up to 67 times. Sharp objects puncture the skin, so there is a high risk of

blood-borne diseases. These are general conditions of the Nursing industry in Vietnam

today. Urgent requirements for the organization of Vietnam Nursing industry need to

re-establish the operating apparatus, improve qualifications; professional competence

of each employee. Then, only meet the work requirements set out and help each

patient's health soon be overcome.

The shortage of nurses has become serious globally, as in the United States, the

shortage of 500,000 nurses; In the UK, Australia, Canada and other developed

countries, the shortage of Nursing is also a top concern for health regulators, etc. These

countries have relaxed immigration laws and created favorable conditions for them. to

attract experienced global nurses from around the world, as long as the criteria are met.

This is also an opportunity, that Nursing graduates have been and will be able to settle

down and settle down in the countries they want with their families. Therefore,

training, learning and becoming Nursing is also to meet the needs of integration in the

region and the world as well as the export of Nursing to developed countries.

Development solutions for the future of Nursing. Specifically, the high school, college,

university head of nursing must be nursing. Hospitals, health facilities are constantly

improving the quality of care; building typical models and projects to make standards;

build quality standards; investing in medical facilities and equipment and working

conditions of nurses ... Besides, the human resources of Nursing industry constantly

improve medical ethics and professional ethics in order to improve nursing skills. ;

improve the quality of training, ensure that learning goes hand in hand with onions.

Universities need to standardize knowledge and practical bases; Open training classes

for teachers and administrators. There should be a survey to determine the demand for
human resources in hospitals, health facilities, and communities; adopt reasonable

recruitment, remuneration, employment policies and emulation titles; regulations on

job titles and public employee titles corresponding to the training qualification. The

Ministry of Education and Training needs to pay more attention to the employment

activities of health facilities and training activities of Nursing training schools.

Strengthening bilateral cooperation on nursing between Vietnam and Japan, however,

training and development of nursing in our country still faces many difficulties and

challenges, especially in integration. Currently, the Ministry of Health is intensifying

the renovation of training so that by 2025, all nurses will have qualifications from

College to meet international integration.

To ensure the safety of nurses and the community, the guidelines and standards for

professional practice in Vietnam are very important in the development of training

programs and contents to ensure the nursing industry. As a basis for policies and

regulations, it is a tool to compare the output capacity of Vietnamese nursing with that

of other countries, promoting integration and recognition of training qualifications

among countries in Southeast Asia and the world. As a member of VNA, as a leader, I

will unite and assist members in researching, studying, disseminating and updating

knowledge, promoting creativity and uphold professional ethics. Improving

professional qualifications for members through activities: organizing specialized

training courses, scientific research, participating in training, disseminating

experiences, nursing club activities, Study tours at home and abroad. Cooperate with

domestic and foreign organizations and individuals in compliance with the law to

study, exchange experiences, improve nursing standards, and develop nursing services

to quickly bring the Vietnamese nursing industry to enter the region and the world.

In order to contribute to the development of the Vietnamese nursing industry in general

and the world in particular, I have been studying hard, joining clubs as well as

practicing life skills and in the future to achieve his goals. I need to improve my

foreign language skills. This is what I have to strive to accomplish the fastest. Take the

IELTS course and achieve IELTS 5.5 within nine months (from 1/2020 to 10/2020).

Then join and complete the pedagogical training program for university and college

lecturers within two months (from 2/2020 to 4/2020). Pedagogical certificate is a

certificate after taking a course on specialized knowledge and the ability to teach a

specific subject or subject after students receive a diploma and prepare to teach at the

school. Currently, I am taking IT courses at MOS Informatics Center - University of

Foreign Languages, to get a certificate of MOS computer certification. MOS is the only

certification that validates your skills in office computer skills and is directly granted

by Microsoft. After completing the master's degree, I will work with my siblings in the

master's class and young nurses to set up a nursing team looking forward to updating

new knowledge of nursing. Join a group of people to exchange information, contribute

ideas, update new knowledge as well as investigate the best development options for

their industry or health facility.

Currently, Vietnam and the world's Nursing Industry has grown and is respected like

other sciences, with many different qualifications and titles, with many remarkable

achievements. As defined by the American Nursing Association: Nursing is the

diagnosis and treatment of human responses to real or potential health problems.

Currently, in the world, the demand for nurses' training has increased rapidly to

promptly meet the needs of patient/customer care more comprehensively. Therefore,

the concept of the nursing profession has also changed and has a separate orientation

like other professions and the training level is also more diverse and richer than the

masters of nursing, specialty, doctor of nursing associated with foreign. In Thailand,

the Philippines, Viet Nam has nursing training programs for each specialty: geriatric,

pediatric, adult, family care, community, mental health ...
