Introduction

In the beginning God entrusted the earth and its resources to the common stewardship of mankind to
take care of them, master them by labor, and enjoy their fruits. The goods of creation are destined for
the whole human race. (CCC 2402)

WHOLE HUMAN RACE…

The earth before its present condition…

The vast amount of water that consisted at least 71% of the earth’s composition, painted with different
hues of blue, hides the magnificent gifts we’ve received. The vast coral reeves, the fishes in different
kinds, sizes and colors, the whales, the sharks, the sea lions, the jellyfishes, the turtles, the dolphins and
all the other aquatic animals swimming in the earth’s water

Our polar regions painted with white and fluffy ice crystals known to man as snow, serves as the natural
habitat of the polar bears and the cute little penguins dancing around the glaciers. And at night lays the
magic of the northern lights, the most beautiful light ever depicted in the sky, are revealed

Luscious colors of green covered our lands. Colorful flowers adorned the grass fields. The sweet, tangy,
bitter, nutritious and abundant food laid out in nature…

Our forest, with trees of different heights, covered in thick verdant mosses became an inhabitant of the
varied species of animals, ranging from those with four legs, those with 2 and those gifted with wings…
However the greediness of humans prevailed…

Present earth

The once broad streets are now occupied with buildings of different sizes and structures. Street vendors
are scattered along the way, with some of their goods the people’s passage way. ‘Trisikad' come and go
as they please, obstructing the road for vehicles to pass by.

People are buying unnecessarily things that do not pose any significant meaning to them. Some are
buying too much for their liking, not even having second thoughts for their actions and the
consequences it might give them or the people around them.
Our once green scenery is being threatened by people of acquisition for commercial use, killing its
natural beauty, and depriving the others the right to have a sustainable and comfort living.

Making deals and accepting them without even considering those who might be affected

Clearly widening the line between the rich and the poor. With the rich trampling the rights of those who
are beneath them in status.

The glaciers melted and sea level arises destroying the natural habitat of the polar bears.

Our blue ocean, slowly being killed by pollution, so much that plastics became a food for some aquatic
animals

Wars against the other people and to himself are present for people are now fighting over the resources
because of scarcity

The greediness and the selfishness of the people became the reason of our home’s deterioration.

HOWEVER, if only humans knew the principle of Universal Destination Of Goods, things would have
been escalated in a different perspective.
