DETAILED REPORT FOR STAGE 1 –

For the project of digital marketing, I have chosen to make the website on “different features of
different cars”; therefore, I named it as “ACCESS CARS”. Be it a boy or girl a man or a woman
or even old aged people, just love different cars because of its lavish look and amazing features
and of course its luxury. When people talk to me about the various cars I get very excited to talk
about the same and features and also I am always eager to know about what excites them the
most about the cars. Likewise, I always want to keep myself updated about it.

The pure freedom you get when you disconnect from the confines of the human body and get to explore
the speeds and sensations that you can only experience in a car. When a car gives you an unfiltered
connection to that experience and really talks to you, it bends perfectly to your will so that you become
almost unaware that you are driving a car and that’s what makes people fall in love; said by a blogger

This idea is suitable to be marketed in digital channels because this industry is heavily geared
around tricks, tips, hacks and word of mouth recommendation. A blog is something that provides
the brands much help to flourish more and they can generate more sales through it. This
influence the consumer to use which brand as the bloggers himself search, try, review and
suggest the products.

To create this website I chose the website builder – “Wix”. In Wix users can add social plug-ins,
e-commerce, online marketing, contact forms, e-mail marketing, and community forums to their
web sites using a variety of Wix-developed and third-party applications. The Wix website
builder is built on a freemium business model, earning its revenues through premium upgrades.
Users must purchase premium packages in order to connect their sites to their own domains,
remove Wix ads, access to form builder, add e-commerce capabilities, or buy extra data storage
and bandwidth. Wix provides customizable website templates and a drag-and-drop HTML5 web
site builder that includes apps, graphics, image galleries, fonts, vectors, animations and other
options. Users also may opt to create their web sites from scratch. In October 2013, Wix
introduced a mobile editor to allow users to adjust their sites for mobile viewing. Wix App
Market offers both free and subscription-based applications, with a revenue split of 70% for the
developer and 30 percent for Wix. Customers can integrate third-party applications into their
own web sites, such as photograph feeds, blogging, music playlists, online community, e-mail
marketing, and file management.

I chose this website builder because our mentor suggested using this website builder. While
creating my website I found it quite easy as templates were already given of every field and
accordingly we can edit and choose to our likings. We can also create our own templates as per
the idea which we have. It is understandable, manageable and easily visible to a person who is
creating a website for the first time to look for the editing options. While I was looking for a
website builder Google also suggested Wix among the one of the best website builders.
I have created a website with the name “ different features of different cars ”. In the website I have
created 3 pages with the following names:

In this page the readers can see the name of my website as well as my contact details.

In this page I have discussed what will be content of my blog and what kind of people
can be benefitted from it and what customer segment should go what kind of cars.
