Directions

Step 1) In the Menu Bar above click Form > Edit Form.

Step 2) Roll over the question and click on the Pencil icon on the right.

Step 3) Enter the questions and answers but KEEP the A), B) C) D) at the start of the question.

Step 4) Click on the Key tab at the bottom of this page.

Step 5) Type the correct answers in column B (or just the first letter of the answer, A, B, C, or D)

Step 6) In the Menu Bar click Form > Go to live form.

Step 7) Share this link with the students.

Once complete, go to the Entry tab, go to cell A2 and in the lower right of the cell, pull
Step 8)
down the formula to combine the First and Last name.

Then go to the Results tab at the bottom of this page, highlight the answers and on the
Step 9)
right, pull down those formulas.

NOTE: Only edit fields in the spreadsheet where the background is yellow.
