3-Day Report: (Nov 2-5, 2011)

Accomplishment: (described briefly tasks done for past 3 days)

1. Install formworks, rebars for precast panels (3 panels) @ roof deck.
2. Poured 3 panels @ roof deck
3. Erected 3 panels @ roof deck, 9 panels @ penthouse 1 & 2.
4. Erected 7 (1.8m x 0.90m) panels for the revised window & door
opening @ PH 1.
5. Visited Makoto project last Nov. 4, 2011 pm.
6. Estimate / emailed formworks request for makoto project.
7. Emailed the formworks monthly meeting minutes.
8. Checked sub-con masonry works.

To do the next 3 days:

1. Supervise erection of poured precast panels @ PH 1&2-unit 8 & 7
2. Supervise casting of remaining precast panels @ PH 1&2- unit 8
3. Site visit makoto expansion project.
4. Follow up LBS iron works for their sample board for PH railings.
5. make the 3day report and email to FEB cc’d KPB.
