3-Day Report: (Nov 7-9, 2011)

Accomplishment: (described briefly tasks done for past 3 days)

1. Give instruction to workers (re priority fo works).
2. Install formworks, rebars for precast panels (3 panels) @ PH1-Unit 8.
2. Poured 3 panels @ PH1-Unit 8 (Monday)
3. Erected 1 panel,6 panels (adt’l due to revision of door & window
opening)@PH2.
5. Visited Makoto project last Nov.08, 2011 pm.
6. Checked & identify balance of works from PH1,PH2,Roof Deck &
Viewing deck.
7. Supervised casting & erection of remaining panels @ PH.
8. Checked sub-con masonry works.
9. Poured 6 panels @ PH 2-Unit 8.
10. Estimate & submit tiles requirements for concrete water tank to
Zenith.
11. Checked emails on Lotus notes.

To do the next 3 days:

1. Supervise erection of poured precast panels @ PH 1&2-unit 8
2. Supervise casting of remaining precast panels @ PH 1&2- unit 8
3. Reconcile Specserv re PH 1&2 viewing deck & balcony areas for water
proofing.
4. Meet with STG in charge re: schedule of their scope.
5. make the 3day report and email to FEB cc’d KPB.
