1. Give instruction to workers (re priority fo works).
2. Install formworks, rebars for precast panels (last set) @ PH1-Unit 8.
2. Reconcile water proofing area for PH 2 balcony.
3. Emailed sir bal the qty of formworks for PIPC 12 cistern tank..
5. Supervised erection of poured precast panels @ PH 1&2-unit 8.
6. Supervised casting of remaining precast panels @ PH 1&2- unit 8.

1. Attend safety orientation @ MEPZ 1
3. Meeting with PIPC 12 personnel re scope of works for PIPC 12 project

4. Supervise the remaining balance of work for PH 1 - Roof Deck.
5. make the 3day report and email to FEB cc’d KPB.
