Yes we have code of ethics, these code of ethics are internal and we cannot share it externally, but yes
that includes; we have to keep distance from bad practices, behave well with our customers, avoid any
practice which can affect the reputation of our organization.

Ans 2;

Social value or reputation of state bank is comparatively good then other Government
organizations/departments. Employees of State bank is not involved in any bad practices & eternal
dealing with parties is comparatively good then other Government organizations/departments. Yes, it is
good and employees are following code of ethics.

Ans 3:

Yes these things are in included in our performance system as well as in personal goals & even the
constitution of our country and our religion also address us to follow this. So the staff is definitely
following this.

Ans 4:

Yes definitely as we have very limited customer, so every customer is satisfied. We have customers who
repeatedly come here as banks, financial institutions, Government agencies and bond purchasers. We
have as such no interaction with general public. We serve according to the mission and vision of our
organization.
