1. You are at the reception area and a patient comes in with blood all over his shirt. He said he cut his
finger while fixing the lawn mower. You see his right pointer finger halfway severed from his hand,
what would you do?

2. You have a friend from your school whose mother is a patient at We Care Clinic. You saw them come
to We Care Clinic last Saturday, where she had blood work done. The following Saturday, you are
back doing your volunteer work at WCC. You get a text message from your friend asking you to get
her a copy of her mother’s lab results. Her next follow up appointment is in 2 weeks but she wants to
find out the results of her lab test ahead of time. What would you do?

3. At the waiting room, there was a new patient who signed in to be seen. She came in at 9:00 am but
she won’t be seen until 11:00 am because she got in to the 11:00 am slot. You already told her she
would be seen at 11:00 am. She repeatedly comes back to you and keeps asking how much longer
she needs to wait to be seen. She starts becoming rude and is making a lot of complaints about the
wait. What would u do?
