Subject: Invitation for judging the Photographer of the year contest

Respected Madam,

On behalf of the Chandubhai S Patel Institute of Technology, I am writing to invite you to be

one of the judges for the Photographer of the year contest that our college is going to host.

Our college is spread over a region of lush green land with a variety of flora and fauna. The
Photographer of the year contest is a competition participated by many students to capture the
beauty of the nature around us.

It is well known that you are an esteemed wildlife photographer and you are passionate about
the nature. Having read your books like ' The Best of Wildlife Moments ', we would be delighted
and honoured to have your presence.

The contest will take place on April 7, 2020. Judges are expected to view the photographs
submitted by student and select a winner. I will send you more details as soon as I hear from
you.
