scrupulously abide by the following terms and conditions during Practice School-III:

1. Practice School-III is an opportunity to intern in professional setting of a company. This is my opportunity

to develop my abilities as a professional. Hence, I confirm that I will behave like a professional.
2. Practice School-III is a course with eighteen (18) credit units and all Academic Regulations that apply to
on-campus courses shall also apply to Practice School-III, with some exceptions as noted in the Course
Handout.
3. I accept to work in the company allotted to me by Practice School committee.
4. I accept to abide by the rules and regulations of the company during the period of internship that include
safety, intellectual property rights and confidentiality.
5. The university shall not be responsible for any untoward incident or indiscipline on my part during
Practice School-III.
6. The university is not liable to compensate any expenses incurred during the course of the internship.
7. I understand that, if I do not report to the company for internship after registration in Practice School-III,
or withdraw during the course without prior permission of the PS-III committee, I will be deregistered
from the course and awarded an F-grade.
8. I am duty bound to accept the terms and conditions stipulated by the company offering me internship
that include amongst other issues related to involvement in projects, safety, intellectual property rights
and confidentiality.
9. I understand that I am accountable for all the information/data being provided by the company to me
that are confidential in nature. I also understand that any breach of confidentiality clause will be liable for
disciplinary action upon me by the University.
10. I agree that, I shall adhere to all reporting norms and parameters in accordance with the requirement of
the university’s Academic Regulations.
11. I am aware that I shall abide with all the safety norms of industry during PS-III and maybe denied entry in
the company if I do not obey the norms.
