1. Avoid image mismatch completely

2. Check first functionality of watch whether its minute hand, second hand & hour hand
is working or not. For this you have to unplugged stopper from crown & push crown.
Then check it.
3. No rust on any metal part like case cover, buckle tongue.
4. No scratches on dial-screen. Since this is the most important part where we see time.
5. Avoid any kind of damages, stain/spot on watches
6. For chain watch check its locking part for chain strap. It should not too hard or too
loose to wear it.
7. If its a brand please check its packaging material first like no box-damage, check
warranty card if provided & manual & their paper quality.
8. Product should not look wear & tear or old. Case back should be scratch free
9. For dial screen & chain strap should be poly-wrapped to avoid any dirt & look new &
fresh before dispatching to customer.
10. Ask them to put in a bubble wrap or in a thermocol box before dispatch to avoid any
damage during transit

Quality Parameters for Jewellery

1. Avoid any single stone miss if there

2. Design & shape should be symmetrical for ear-ring
3. Length of any pair of jewellery shold be in same length like anklet
4. Bangle diameter should be same
5. No any sharpennel or sharp point should be there to avoid any injury or cut to wearer.
6. Metal should remain rust-free, paint should not withered or come out
7. Check their packaging box shouldn’t damaged
8. Avoid any spot or stain
9. Ask them to put in a bubble wrap or in a thermocol box before dispatch to avoid any
damage during transit

Quality Parameters for Foot-wear

1. Avoid any kind of image mismatch

2. Check first packaging material like box should not damage, crumple
3. Tag should be there on box with details like article no, size, color etc
4. Tag description on box should match with label on product (found on product tongue)
5. In the box product should have left & right pair & sizes should be same for both pair
6. Check size on out-sole of product.
7. Foot-wear should be symmetrical in terms of designs, pattern
8. Length & height of product should be same. Avoid any minor mismatch
9. Avoid any damage, wear n tear , fungus on product, stain or spot,wrinkle on product
toe part, rust on metal part
10. For measurement please take sole length(inch/cm)with the help of measurement tape
& tally with our voonik size guideline given on our website

Quality procedure Checkpoint for cosmetics items: For QC team---Please avoid testing
on their skin .
First look first impression:
A. Step 1: product packaging before opening

Product should be sealed & air-tight packed.

Quality of Packaging material & content description font on box & check hologram.
Avoid any kind of damages & stain or used ones.
Scan Bar-code on box with help of android mobile scanner application. If it scan its OK
otherwise fake-one.
Check its date of manufacturing & customer care contact information.

B. Step 2: product checking

Material quality for Manual if provided inside box.

OK otherwise fake-one.
Product material quality look----generally for fake one it looks slightly dull & sluggish
Material odour shouldn’t smells pungent, acidic, rotten.
Material body color & description font to be uni-formally same & cleaned & easily
readable
Check its date of manufacturing & customer care contact information.

C. Step 3: Seller check-point

If cosmetics is belong to seller then ask for Lab-test paper.

Document for Brand authentication license & its establishment

Quality Parameters for Trouser/Denims:

 Check the front 

 Check the shade - 75% matching please pass it
 Check for back pocket shape matching 
 Check the grinding if any - the position of grinding 
 check the distress if any - the position of distress 
 Check for rivets matching
 Check the seam strength at back rise and front rise as that will be exerted while
sitting and get up 
 Check the Zipper movement 
 Check the button pull
 Check the button hole- If tight please dont reject ask them to open 1cm in
trimmer 
 Inside check for marker stains 
  Then Check for stitching inside 
 Last check for the wash smell- Slightpungent chemical smell is there in all
denims but make sure there is not much 

Quality Parameters for Leggings:

1. Material quality (fabric quality)

To ensure fabric quality look at following points
 No cut mark and hole in fabric 
 No fabric shade variation between leg panels
 No stain or oil mark on the fabric (leggings)

2. Stitching quality

While inspecting garments, check a garment inside and outside and check all visible
seams.

 Check there is no broken stitches, skipped stitches, uneven stitch density, and
wavy stitch lines
 Check  if enough seam allowance is there (in case there is low seam
allowance, seam slippage may happen)
 Check needle cut on stitch lines - Needle cut/holes in the stitch line should not be
accepted
 Check if waist band cover stitch is secure – Waistband is stitched using chain
stitches. If the stitch is not secure, threads easily come out and seam gets open after few
days of use. 
 No loose thread - Loose threads should be trimmed neatly
 Twisting of Legs and waistband - Check if legs and waistband of the leggings are
getting twisted

3. Measurement checking

Under measurement checking cover these points

 Check measurement for all measuring points (length, waist, bottom width etc) and
variation of measurement must be under tolerance level
 Measure waistband in stretched form and relaxed form
 Also check measurement of few leggings after washing. After washing shrinkage
should not be more than tolerance level. 

4. Trims quality 

Elastic: Stretchability of waistband elastic

Label: If you have size label in the leggings check size is correct for that legging
5. Follow reference sample /Document

While checking finished garments, you must refer the approved samples and style file. 

 Check fabric shade is as per approved sample 

 Check all trims are there as per style requirement and quality of those trims
matched with reference
 If you have a testing report, check all fabric performance test are OK in the testing
result (Like fibre content, dimensional stability, color fastness etc.)
