Background
Post Covid-19 period will provide new business opportunities to all companies seeking expansion &
increased sale growth. Seeing current circumstances, next quarter will be vital in tapping new business and
to do so, channel team must be prepared with an action plan to work upon when required. Addition of new
business clusters may prove detrimental to our current CPDP model & overall channel revenue

Scope
Scope of the project would encompass PAN India identification & analysis of cluster business
and their business potential. This project would consist of four phases namely, Initiation, Data
collection, Data Interpretation & Report Preparation.
