Final Analysis

With the different courses of actions we have contrived. We think it's best to take
the battle against the issue of our renewal of franchise in the court, particularly in the

need to prove that the KBO channel we have in the TV plus box has the proper permit
and clearance to venture in this project. We also need to prove that the issuance of
Philippine Depository Receipt or PDR to the foreign investors is with accordance with
the law and does not violate the constitution on the grounds that certain industries like the
media are 100% Filipino owned. We have a strong argument against this charge because
the Securities and Exchange Commission has approved the said issuance therefore giving
us the green light or indicating to us that it is legal and in accordance with the law. Being
the same case with Rappler Media,we can model our approach to them on how to take on
the case and win. We can use the different supporting documents giving us clearances
with regards to our business operations.We that different strategies, we can gain
