The Second Edition of the English translation of the Noor ul Huda Klaan is being presented by
the Grace of Allah Almighty as an effort that the Sultan-ul-Arifeen the Sultan-ul-Faqar Hazrat

Sultan Bahu Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe may be pleased with this servant. Al Hamdu

Lillah, like almost all other books of Hazrat Sultan Bahu Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe ,
this Translation is also the first ever English Translation.

Many thanks to the respectful Webmaster (www.hazratsultanbahu.com) for his marvelous

service in providing the most authentic books and translations through his blessed website! As
Translator, I have great respect and regard for Janab Dr. K. B. Naseem Sahib Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala

Alaihe . The translations of the auspicious books of Hazrat Sultan Bahu Rahmatullah,
done by this worthless translator are for those people, who cannot read and understand Persian
and Urdu languages. WE HAVE KEPT THE ORIGINAL SHAPE AND MATTER OF THE
PERSIAN BOOKS IN OUR ENGLISH TRANSLATIONS. DIRECT LINK HAS BEEN
GIVEN FOR THE CONCERNED PAGE OF THE PERSIAN BOOK AND URDU ON
EVERY PAGE OF ENGLISH TRANSLATION FOR REFERENCE AND
CONVENIENCE OF THE READER.

There are many Terms of Tasawvuf that are so comprehensive and deep which cannot be
translated in English with words of equal weight because of many reasons the main is that the
English Language takes its roots from the Christianity and as such replacing the Terms of Islam
and Sufism with English words may mislead the readers. And in case these Terms are not given
any meanings at all, then the reader reading English Translations may face a lot of difficulties as
there are chances that he might have no prior knowledge or has very little understanding of
Sufism and Islam and he may leave reading the books in the very beginning if at least some
support is not given to him by the translator. In order to overcome this, the humble translator has
used the original Terms and has given their very general and basic meanings (and annotations) of
the respective Sufi Terms and at the end of every page just to assist the reader. Separate chapters
and many pages may be needed for explanation of each Term and as such, a word or a few words
do not cover the full scope of a Term. After receiving feedbacks from our worthy readers and in
order to make the Translations more authentic and more useful for the respectable readers, the
style of presentation has been changed by this humble translator and now instead of giving
meanings with brackets in the main text, the literal meanings as well as some text from the books
with reference of Page Numbers have been added at the end of each page so that the person who
needs, he may consult the relevant Page of English Translation for more understanding.
However, Janab Webmaster Sahib is trying to find another way by which the reader will be able
to know the meaning of any Term by just clicking over it in the main text. This will be his genius
that he will use this unique thing.

Please be careful, genuine, truthful, respectful, clean and Pure (holy) while reading these
sacred and numinous books.

In the Name of Allah Almighty - The Creator, The Sustainer and winning Whose pleasure
is the prime and ultimate Aim of every Divine Lover. Hundreds and thousands many Daroods on
the Mahboob e Khuda, Huzoor e Akram Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee

Wa-sallam who is the Most Kaamil among all the Perfects and in every Perfection (and

Attainment), his progeny, his wives, his Companions,

his children and his family.

Countless Salaams on the Holy Apostles, the Holy Messengers (of Allah), the Archangels and
Hazrat Ali Karam Allah Wajhu who is the Spiritual father of all Sufi Orders and father of the
Princes of the Heaven: Hazrat Imam Hasan Alaihi Salam and Hazrat Imam Hussein Alaihi
Salam. Salam to Khatoon e Jannat Hazrat Bibi Fatimah-Tuz-Zahra Alaihi Salam who was the
first ever Lady Muslim to reach the climax of Faqar - the Sultan-ul-Faqar.

History is witness of that whenever, from, the progeny of Hazoor Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-
sallam and the race of Hazrat Ali Alaihi Salam, the Hasani and Huseini blood unites, there
emerges a great personality in Islam. The greatest examples include, first of all, Janab Hazrat Pir

Dastgeer Ghaus ul Azam Shaikh Shah Abdul-Qadir-Jelaani Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe

who is, no doubt, the Murshid of Murshideen and who, according to Hazrat Faqeer Noor

Muhammad Sarwari-Qadiri Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe , is said to have advised the

Sultan ul Hind Janab Hazrat Moen ud Din Chisti Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe to move to
the Subcontinent and among his Spiritual descendants came Janab Hazrat Sayyed Irshad Hussein
Shah of Goralri Sharif who granted the first and foremost key to Sufi Pathway to the abject
translator of this esteemed book. The other examples include: Janab Hazrat Data Ganj Bakhsh

Sayyed Ali Hajveri Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe of Lahore whose tomb is a gathering
place of all common and proper and treasure house of Spiritualism; and Janab Hazrat Pir Mehar

Ali Shah Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe whose fame and services to Islam and Sufism need
no explanation.

The race of Hazrat Ali Karam Allah Wajhu e.g. The Hashimis and The A’waan descendants, is
full of grand personalities and the most dominant of all is the Murshid-e-Kaamil Akmal

Mukammil and Jamey Janab Hazrat Pir Sakhi Sultan Bahu Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe
who is among the short list of those seven great Faqeers who claimed the highest level in 'Faqar’.
His books serve as his presence among us and are eternal source of inspiration and guidance. I
cannot encompass the greatness of my Spiritual father (may he also honor me by accepting me as
his Spiritual servant Farzand) as my wings burn where the threshold of his heights begins!

The Noor ul Huda Klan is not just a book: it is a treasure and many troves get revealed from its
each sentence - it talks, it kills, it enlivens, it shines, it shakes, it makes, it demolishes, it revives,
it nurtures, it nourishes, it helps, it guides and it almost does everything! Having read it, you will
not find a best companion in Spiritualism and Tasawvuf other than this book Insha Allah!

Divine Light and guidance. May Allah bless him with His bounties, rewards and honors both

The internet is a very broad and vast ‘net’ like an ocean. People surf it and get ‘caught in it’ as
per their respective intentions. In the Holy Ramadhan of 2008 I incidentally visited
www.hazratsultanbahu.com while surfing in search of a wall paper of Ism e Allah Zaat inscribed
on heart, clicked the link ‘books’ and found the treasure which changed my thinking and waked
my hibernating Spirit.

The first book I read was ‘The Noor ul Huda Klaan,’ which I read in days and then in 2/3 months
read all the books kept there. For a year I repeatedly read the said book, ‘The Aqal Baidar’ and
other books and on 7th of Aug. 2009 a desire to contribute to the said website arose in my heart
to show my gesture of gratitude and devotion to Hazrat Sultan Bahu Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala

Alaihe . Thanks to Mr. Abu Ali who is the webmaster who advised me to first translate
this book as many readers from all over the world wanted to read this book but could not
understand Farsi or Urdu and if, once, its translation is done, this book can be further translated
to any other foreign language as well. Later Mr. Muhammad Faqooq Anjum's encouragement
and my passion helped me to undertake this project of the FIRST EVER TRANSLATION OF
THE NOOR UL HUDA KLAN IN ENGLISH and I still surmise what other force let me a hand
in completing this project!

I never claim to be a master in English Language nor very well versed in Sufism but Allah
Almighty granted me with Taufeeq for this act of servitude. I have done whatever I could and
undertake to do more as an effort to please Janab Hazrat Sultan Bahu Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala

Alaihe and for benefit of the seekers of Spiritualism and guidance who cannot
understand Farsi and Urdu. The worthy readers are requested to read the book completely with
patience for better understanding and pray for me, my family, my parents, my benefactors, my
friends and my seniors.

miracle and have miraculous powers. Apparently looking usual words have impacts of divine command
with results which cannot be expressed in words. Such things will reveal unto you with the passage of

Sultan Bahu (May his secret be sanctified ) has himself said that his books are the Perfect
and Whole Guide (Murshid) for the Seekers. Every that person, who reads these books with sincerity
(and single-mindedness) and devotion, needs no physically existing Murshid for him and every that
person, who is unable to find a Perfect Murshid, he should read these books day and night and these
books will play the role of a Perfect Murshid for him:

 For giving him every Spiritual Power which he needs to become a Perfect Human Being, True
Believer, Friend of Allah (Wali Allah) and above all, a true Faqeer etc.

The books of Hazrat Faqeer Noor Muhammad Sarwari Qadri Rahmatullah Alaihi. Irfaan I, Irfaan II,
Makhzan al Asraar and Anwaar e Sultani have been translated by this worthless Zaheer. Respectful
readers will find the Exegesis and Sharah of many things of the blessed books of Hazrat Sultan ul Arifeen

AND WHENEVER YOU COME FROM ANY PLACE, PLEASE READ THE BELOW INTERESTING EXTRACT FROM
MAKHZAN AL ASRAR BOOK:

In short, it was a great desire of the Mahboob e Subhani May Allah Sanctify his Secret that he could
travel from one village to the next and from city to next and could deliver the beneficence to the
creatures of God in anonymity and without mentioning him between Him and His creatures. However,
Allah willed otherwise and He decided to let you shine like a sun and let His creation lighted through his
Noor. Therefore, as we have already described that he had to come in Baghdad and start delivering his
sermons for the Inwardly Taleem and Talqeen with the Order of Allah and the command of the Holy
Prophet Sall-Allahu Alaihi Wa Aalihee Wassallam and on the clue of Khizar Alaihis-Salaam. Hence, he
daily let countless Seeker of Haq be Waasil with Allah Almighty and entered them in the Majlis of the
Holy Prophet Sall-Allahu Alaihi Wa Aalihee Wassallam daily. Hazrat Sultan ul Arifeen (Hazrat Sultan
Bahu) May Allah Sanctify his Secret informs in one of his book that Hazrat Pir Mahboob e Subhani Hazrat
Muheyyudin Shaikh Abdul Qadir Qudas Sirruhul Aziz used to make three thousand Seekers Waasil with
Allah Almighty and entered two thousand in the Majlis of the Holy Prophet Sall-Allahu Alaihi Wa Aalihee
Wassallam on daily basis. In the Majlis of his blessed Sermons (and preach) were witnessed the Miracles
of the Manifestations of the Ability of Allah Almighty. Thousands of Karamaat came out of his blessed
body during his Speech. He illuminated the hearts of the audience through his Tawajuh and used to
bestow upon the people the Mantles of Wilayat. In short, it was not mere speech delivered in his Majlis
but it was an open and practical distribution of rewards and munificence to many. Hazrat Pir Mahboob e
Subhani Hazrat Muheyyudin Shaikh Abdul Qadir Qudas Sirruhul Aziz says that ‘every bird speaks in its
own way but the Hawk of our heart does not speak but practically does action.’

Hence, he could not have the time spare for writing books and composing a corpus. Thus, this vital and
great work of ‘travelling from one village to next and from one township to next city and leading a life of
anonymity and giving his Inwardly Beneficence and Spiritual Noor to the world in shape of books’ was
accomplished by Allah Almighty through his Inwardly Deputy and the Spiritual Descendant Hazrat Sultan
ul Arifeen Hazrat Sultan Bahu May Allah Sanctify his Secret and in this last age, when there is severe
unavailability of the Mardaan and finding a Perfect Faqeer and the Arif Waasil is as rare as hard as
finding a Phoenix is, it was expedient too. Thus, Hazrat Sultan ul Arifeen Hazrat Sultan Bahu May Allah
Sanctify his Secret has presented his Noori Hazoori Ilm before the world in shape of books so that the
Seekers of EVERY TIME and EVERY PLACE may come and get their (share of the) Inwardly Beneficence
from this Table of Food, which is open for all public. Thus, Hazrat Sultan ul Arifeen Hazrat Sultan Bahu
May Allah Sanctify his Secret has said:

Bahu Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe has shown this Treasure of Kimiya (alchemy) to the poor,

That person, who is wise, he gets it sooner!

help!
In the name of Allah the Beneficent, the Merciful
Allah! There is no God except Him, the Live, the Eternal (2:255). You exalt whom
You will and You abase whom you will. In Your hand is the good. Your are able to
do everything (3:26)

Hundreds of thousands thanks to the Essence of God, the Fount of Hidayat and Whose Verses of
the Holy Quran cause the Qalb to become Living and “And my welfare (Taufeeq ) is only in

Allah” (11:88) . And infinite and innumerable many thousands Darood ,

every instant every breath every hour, be upon that personality , who is endowed

with blessed virtues and the best stature (and) in whose esteemed glory, it was

revealed that: “If I had not created you , I had not created the cosmos”

- the Father of Qasim - Hazrat Muhammad

Mustafa Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam , upon his

Progeny, his Companions Radhi-ya-Allahu Ta-aala Anhum and his

household!

After this, the Master of Speech (and articulation) endowed with Tasarruf on everything says
this that the Touchstone for the Tahqeeqaat (verifications) of the true and false Maratib of the
disciplines of Seeker and Murshid , Mureed and Pir and Teacher and Pupil, first of all, is the Ilm
of the Kimiya-Akseer , which is called Tasarruf of Taufeeq ; because in absence of the Tasarruf
and Taufeeq , Seeker cannot advance on the Course of the Salook of Inward at all. However, all
of these Tasarrufaat are various. Thus, the Tasarruf of the Ism-e-Azam , the Tasarruf of the
Sang-e-Paaris , the Tasarruf of Ilm of the Takseer , the Tasarruf of the Ilm e Akseer , the
Tasarruf of Ilm of the Roshan-Zamir , the Tasarruf of Ilm of the Tafseer of the Holy Quran, the
Tasarruf of the Ilm of Qurb of the Hazoor of Divine, the Tasarruf of the Ilm of Kashf-ul-Qaboor
of the Roohani and the Tasarruf of Ilm of the Ain-Ayani , that is, that Tasarruf by which, the
People of Tasarruf , unto where-so-ever employ Tawajuh (and become attentive unto), reach in
(its) Hazoor ! The Ilm Uloom of these total Tasarrufaat unlock by the Haziraat of the Name-

Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat) - Hayyu-Qayyum . The

Seeker, in the very first day, gets all these Tasarrufaat through the intermediation of Murshid-e-
Kaamil by means of studying the Loh-e-Mahfooz with the help of the Ilm of Zahoor
(manifestation and emergence).
