When I was younger, I used to think that superheroes were supernatural '
people possessing extraord inary powers and strengths that could help save the

The school janitor or maybe people in the lowest social heap of society
can also be heroes in every special way. As we celebrate Teacher's Day this
month, I would like to share to you through this essay these wonderful heroes
who we already have — our Teachers, with the special power to educate people

like us so we could get a brighter life in the future!
Teachers are also the reason why I believe that being a hero is more than just
wearing a cape and a mask. Ms. Jenna, Ms. Lady, Ms. Carey, Sir Francis, and Sir
Audel may not have laser beams, spider webs, Wolverine claws, or super eyes, or be
as strong as Batman, as macho as Superman, as flexible as Spi-
derman, as big as Hulk, or as sexy as Wonderwoman and Catwoman, but what
makes our teachers different is that they are only human. They have their own
weaknesses. It is what makes them super special.
Teachers are fun, sweet, awesome, cool, smart, and have a way of dis-
ciplining us without the use of Thor's Hammer or Loki's Staff. Teachers can also be
like our second parents or siblings in school. They are people who do not only teach
academics, but also have moral values that we could pass to our children someday.
Teachers are always willing to help us with our problems that may occur in
school or at home, without the use of Kayla Silverfox's mental telepathy powers.
Teachers have that special ability to guide and watch over us in school.
That is why I love my teachers! They are humans not from Planet Krypton, but
rather from earth. God gave them to us.
